Read the book through having a lot of spare time on my hands due to an operation and from there on decided to take part on the online course, in the trade myself and still taken away some useful knowledge.. highly recommend

Just completed the 3 day property developers blueprint and all I can say is AMAZING. The amount of knowledge I have walked away with is almost too much to deal with.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this course and if you are thinking about starting in Property Development or want to hone your existing skills this is the course for you.

Very actionable, real training, which you feel confident moving forward

Having wanted to reduce the amount of time on the tools for a few years now I found myself fortunate enough to be on Andy's course. I have knowledge of construction but nothing about how to get started in Property Development. I've followed his social media for a few years it became apparent he is the real deal. Bricklayer in sunny Peterborough to Millionaire property developer yet so humble and down to earth. The 3 day Property Development Blueprint is intense, don't expect a load of waffle this is a proper structured course, huge amounts of information, guidance and advice. I took away so much from this course over the 3 days and came home and immeadiatley started to work on my existing business to make it more profitable, structured my diary and started developing myself. A solid foundation to expand and build upon (no pun intended) I look forward to returning in 2025!

Well what can I say….. after a total 7.5 hour round commute there and back, this was 100% worth it.

An absolutely amazing 3 days of non stop learning and networking with a room of likeminded people interested in Property Developing.
Super content delivery in an easy to follow structure by Andrew Hubbard throughout the whole event and top class organisation from Sam.
Andrew has so much content and was not afraid to share & it just flowed effortlessly topic after topic. Andrew made sure that everyone got engaged, answering questions promptly and participation by all attendees was excellent.
Due to the warm welcome upon arrival by the hosts, it was evident that the atmosphere to the event was going to be a very genuine & sincere. Throughout the whole event both Sam and Andrew couldn’t do enough for attendees, nothing was too much trouble, they really are both truly caring & inspiring.
Myself, along with everyone I spoke with throughout the event, really connected with Sam & Andrew’s views, values and outlook on life in general and their overall ‘can do’ approach.

Thank you to everyone who made me feel welcome and was great to speak and interact with as many people as I did. I would certainly recommend this course to anyone that is interested in Development

Information packed three days, Andy and Sam are great hosts and very welcoming, highly recommend this event if you want to find out about getting into property development. Lots to take in but well worth it and the food was great too!!

My first 3 day training event with developing homes. I have sat many training programmes, and this is hands down the best that I have attended.
Clear, concise and delivered with excellence.
I would highly recommend this training for anyone looking to go in to developments or if you are already in construction and want to get off the tools, this is defo the training for you.
I am new to developments and now I can not wait to get looking for land.
