My order has not been shipped even…
My order has not been shipped even after a week of the order date and it is still processing, I didn’t even receive an order confirmation via email. I tried to contact the customer service via email and live chat but didn’t receive a response either. I cannot even cancel my order because the customer service won’t response! Such a horrible shopping experience and customer service, I do not recommend anybody to shop from here. What a pity!

Missing parcel
Very disappointed with customer service (owners).
Placed my order on 16th July and still waiting for my parcel. Shop claims Royal Mail lost the package and they left it that way.
Responses to emails are very poor...noone answers phones/instagram...

I have not received any information on the delivery of my order. I have also not received a confirmation or order, yet I have been charged for it. The money has been deducted.

As it was communicated in the website and instagram, during you were giving your order, our shop was closed that week and your order has been sent on the day we promised. As we checked, there is no issue with your order. Thank you.
Excellent quality and quick delivery
I ordered the small nursing pillow and it came quickly and is a really nicely made product. The muslin cloth fabric is so soft and my baby is very comfortable using it. Also, it takes some pressure off the nerves in my arm which helps relieve my wrist pain. Definitely recommend!

The most amazing muslin I’ve ever purchased, the quality, the size, the pattern. It’s all incredible. My daughter loves it, and sleeps with it every night. It washes REALLY well. Will definitely be purchasing more. Plus it came in a muslin material pouch/bag which has been so handy in baby changing bag and was a really nice touch to the order. I 100% recommend this company!
