We agreed on a clear scope and price upfront (full car). They came to my location and ended up polishing only the carbon parts, not the full car. Afterwards they sent a higher invoice without getting my approval for any extra charges, and when I disputed it they escalated straight to a debt collection agency. Not transparent and not handled professionally.

I had my 12 years old Audi A3 at Jurghs´s car detailing shop and from the day 1 when I contacted him to ask for quotation for my Audi. We made appointment so he could see the car and the condition. I knew there some scratches, some where deep and some where not and also some dents where on bonnet and on the roof of the car. Front bumper had quite a damage since someone damaged while it was at the parking. So he took all the photo´s of all the damages that he could see it and that he could fix it and to make the car look like new. When the car was at Jurgh Car detailing for 1 week, he always kept me updated with photos how the work is going. With my earlier experiences at the some other detailing shops they hardly send any photo or even update how is the car detailing work going. So I am more the satisfied with the service that Jurghen has provided to me. I highly recommend for anyone who wants their car to shine and to look ones again like the day 1 when you got the car. Thank you Jurgen for the great work you have done to my Audi A3
