Dear DXL Customer Service,
I am writing regarding my recent experience at your DXL store. This experience left me feeling that the company may be taking advantage of men who require larger sizes, particularly given the limited options available elsewhere. I believe your pricing strategy should be carefully reviewed and supported by thorough data analysis to ensure it is both fair and competitive.
Additionally, your customer rewards program would benefit from meaningful improvements. Offering more substantial rewards, along with more frequent and impactful sales, would help attract new customers while also strengthening loyalty among existing ones.
At present, spending $250–$300 for a single outfit is simply unreasonable and creates a significant barrier for customers who depend on your stores for their clothing needs. I strongly encourage DXL to reevaluate both its pricing approach and its efforts to show appreciation for its customers.

After my original purchase
I decided to take another look at a Polo Ralph Lauren T- shirt This T-shirt was on sale at Macy’s for $39.99 it was the exact color and exact size as the one listed in Macy’s. I asked the sales associate to do a price match, but the manager said no that she could not do it because the sizes for Polo Ralph Lauren were different for DXL and Macy’s. Both sizes were.4LT
I told the associate there was no difference
It was the same size and same color.
The manager Tracy refused to do the price match
I am extremely upset and livid on how you could advertise price match and not honor that
Especially after I spent over $100 today I do not want to give you my business anymore
This is outrageous and ridiculous that you advertise price match

Excelent clothing and great staff. The staff was helpful while I was clueless. She was able to find what I needed and it was better than I expected.
Excellent experience. The sales associate was very helpful and found what I needed and made sure I was happy with my purchase.
customer service provided to me was excellent MIKE was very hepful . I am one that does not clothes shop often but when I do other box stores do not provide the assistance I need looking for sizes.Mikes help was much appreciated. I have been back to the store twice now and will no doubt shop there again soon.
Store personnel always friendly and helpful.
I spent almost $500 and can not use any of the coupons or discounts you have me sign up for or that are sent to me. I never have issues with other companies, but do trying to use discounts or promos you send me. It is frustrating because your items are not cheap.

Tammy was such a great help, very polite and professional. My son has lost a lot of weight and needed new clothes. We were not sure about his new sizes. She informed us about the new body scan that they offer. It was wonderful. Such a great shopping experience.

Service was amazing!!! I can't say enough positive things about this store and the experience we had. The service was friendly, helpful, personable and informative with spot on sizing and style. Questions were asked to make sure our purchase was complete before we left. Prices are definitely reasonable. There's a wonderful selection of clothes and accessories for the big guys in our lives. Highly recommend this location and will tell everyone I know about how satisfied we are.
