Brittany with Destination Weddings was truly exceptional from start to finish in helping us plan our wedding. Her recommendations, organizational skills, and guidance throughout the entire process were invaluable. She was incredibly kind and patient, even when dealing with some of our more difficult guests, and always responded quickly to my questions and needs. Brittany also served as an excellent liaison between me and the wedding planner at Secrets Akumal, ensuring everything ran smoothly. First let me say that without Amy we would not have made it to our big day lol. She took so much on and left very little for us to stress about and went way above anything we could have asked for. She was very thorough and ensured we were completely happy and laid out all the details and options up front. We took a long time to make choices but never did she come off pushy and allowed us to make the decisions and she provides the best recommendations. Overall the company really listens and has the interest of the couple at heart. Our special day was way above our expectations and was captured beautifully. 11/10

There’s always a hesitancy to free services but our expectations were more than met.
She was such a fantastic resource to have during our planning process.
She gave us different resorts to look into and ultimately we landed on Secrets Maroma. It’s a beautiful resort and working with Amy and the wedding coordinators was very easy.
Amy helped our guests book rooms at a reasonable rate and much cheaper than booking externally. She also helped scheduling transportation.
Amy stays on top of the deadlines and is very responsive to emails.
She is personable, kind and much needed during wedding planning as it can be stressful.

Everything has been easy and organized! Booking and making payments for the room was super simple. Nice selection of excursions! On top of the travel documents too!

I had such a great experience with DestinationWeddings and Amy Cate! The planning of the event was so easy and Amy checked in with us to ease any nerves and celebrate our excitement.

We got married at the Iberostar in Cozumel and had a quick turnaround (6 months) before our wedding. With the wedding approaching quickly, we had some headaches with the on-site coordinator at the resort (room availability, add ons to our event, and getting communication returned), but we passed it along to Amy Cate and she handled it so we didn’t have to stress. Once we got there, we had a couple people that had travel issues with their layovers and Amy Cate worked with each of them to get them to the resort safely and accommodate their delay (room upgrades and offered changes in their date reservations). We ended up getting exactly what we wanted and felt very satisfied with the overall experience. I would highly recommend using DestinationWeddings - Ask for Amy Cate!

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Hard Rock Hotel, Riviera Maya! Amy Boyce made everything so easy for the travel part! Everything was so organized once we arrived at the airport. This certainly helps with the stress level involved with traveling to a foreign country. Amy was always available to answer questions and make arrangements. Working with her was great! We had the pleasure of working with Amy Boyce as our wedding specialist from Destination Weddings, and she was nothing short of amazing! Initially, we faced challenges with the first coordinator we were assigned, who was difficult to reach and slow to respond. After requesting Amy, who coordinated my brother-in-law’s wedding, both of us worked hard to make it happen despite initial resistance from the company. Amy was attentive, incredibly responsive, and always on top of every detail. She truly made the wedding planning process stress-free and handled everything with patience and professionalism. I can't recommend her enough for anyone planning a destination wedding!

My wedding was 9/1/24 in Cancun's Moon Palace. Our coordinator was Stephanie Parks and she was beyond amazing! Fast and courteous with responding to call texts and emails for me and my party! The communication with her was flawless. She kept me updated with all communication with the resort. She even sent me pics of the resort when she went for a conference at Moon Palace. I would choose her all over again!!

Trying to find a resort that fit our exact needs was super difficult but Melissa made everything super easy! I asked what felt like a million questions and she was always quick to respond and if she didn't have the answer, would go out of her way to find it. I was hesitant at first to work with Destination Weddings since it is free, but Melissa exceeded my expectations.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Amy Boyce with Destination Weddings for our wedding at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa on August 16, 2024. Amy is beyond amazing! She was so helpful, and we couldn’t have planned our wedding without her. I attended the wedding for Morgan and Matthew Tyler at Generations Riviera Maya. I had a wonderful time. I enjoyed the hotel and was fortunate to receive an upgrade on my room, which was over the top. The hotel was great, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most importantly our agent Lisa Hettinger, was very helpful and always respond to my calls. This was a wonderful trip and a great experience and hope to use your services again in the future. I have told many friends and family and recommend trying all-inclusive resorts.

My travel agent from Destination Wedding was amazing. Her name was Tracy Espina she is the best we worked with her for about a year and 1/2. She was very professional and enjoyed talking with her throughout the entire process.
