I attend the Muswell Hill branch. Jackie at front of house is always very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable regarding procedures. Thank you to Rowena and Chloe who work their magic on me. My skin is much better with all the advice that I have received. Thank you.

I’ve been attending the Weybridge branch for many years and always had great service. The rooms and reception are always extremely clean and tidy, everyone is very welcoming and Doreen is one of the nicest people ever.

A very bad experience due to Destination Skin cancelling my appointment less than one hour before it was due. Apparently the person due to perform the procedure did not turn up and was late in advising the branch of her 'indisposition! Not at all happy.

Always have an amazing experience when visiting the clinic, everyone is so lovely and welcoming.
Siân has always done an amazing job both listening and advising and the results speak for themselves for me personally so thank you. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Super friendly and knowledgable staff, they do a great job on laser which is what I go for. They're priced really well for what they offer too.

This place has totally gone downhill. I’ve been coming to Destination Skin for many years. Unfortunately the service, quality of treatment and staff experience has drastically deteriorated. I no longer recommend for anyone to come here. I bought a course of Hydrafacials, overpriced and ineffective.
To make things worse, the staff seem to lack much training in both customer service and using the hydrafacial machine. The room is always uncomfortably cold, however, the staff have an extremely ambivalent attitude to the wellbeing of customers.
It’s disappointing beyond words how Destination Skin has declined to this point. They’ve lost all their experienced and knowledgeable staff. They’ve cut costs so much they no longer even have a receptionist.
Just don’t bother wasting your time and money here, I will never go back again and I don’t recommend that you do.

I've been visiting Destination Skin for 7 years and have visited 4 clinics, therefore with certainty I can say the staff within the clinic deliver overall excellent service. They are professional, knowledgeable about skin and the treatments they offer, in addition, they all have exceptional customer service skills. Even when things go wrong, the in-clinic staff have always tried their best. They deliver on what they say they will do.
Whereas the employees based in head office could do with significant improvement, from various conversations it's evident there is a lack of training provided to them. However, the operations of that department generally does require change, which most likely is out of their control. Firstly, going through customer service to get to the clinic is highly inefficient because you will be stuck on the phone either in a queue (20-30mins wait), or speaking to someone who doesn't know how to use the system, books in the wrong appointment or can't provide you any treatment-related information, which isn't the best use of anyone's time. Also because of this arrangement, there is A LOT of miscommunication between clinic and customer service teams, 98% of the time they don't get back to you. This has been proven by the way they have not handled their complaints. Overall the interactions I and my friends have had with them have been poor, but it's not to say with the right internal changes and improved training things can't get better? Hopefully, it does because the customer service journey is too problematic, having the patience of a saint just isn't enough!!
If anything I would advise it's best to speak to the staff in the clinic when you are there or email them directly, they are all well clued up and get back to you within a good time frame. Alternatively, there are other clinics... that I'm now looking into.

Having been transferred to Destination Skin following the closure of Fint+Flint, I have struggled to book appointments for the services that had transferred over. The clinician assigned to Flint+Flint customers worked limited days and times and as someone who works in a school, I was unable to get times that I could actually come to the clinic. When appointments were booked, the clinic didn’t have the equipment needed to carry out the treatment despite being prepped and in the room for treatment (no needles for microneedling treatment). Having rebooked, we went in to lockdown. I have had to shield which meant that I was not able to rebook even when restrictions lifted and now I am being told that non of the treatments that had been transferred over can be honoured as they are outside of the time period.
Quite disappointed as I was turned away many times by the clinic. It’s almost as if they didn’t want to honour any of the treatments that had been transferred over as I was told on one occasion that the clinicians weren’t paid for any treatments that they provided which had come from Flint+Flint and while this may have been the case, shouldn’t be something that the customer is penalised for!

Always a friendly welcome and excellent service from the Hereford branch. Glad to be back!

I had stopped going for Botox and filler during lockdown but then went elsewhere, but coming back to Sian at the Nantwich clinic wow so pleased she has made me look so natural and refreshed thank you

My visit was great as usual. As was the treatment but the difficulty in getting hold of the Hereford clinic directly by phone is a real pain. All calls go through to a central call centre which hardly ever answers the phone. I have tried on many occasions and been unable to get through even after hanging on for 45 minutes once. When I did get through they couldn’t connect me to Hereford. This needs fixing! It is vital to speak directly if wanting to confirm appointment/change appointment etc etc.

Excellent service and advice from the team in Cardiff! I highly recommend them for advice on acne related skin.
The additional covid precautions they have taken have been exemplary. P

I just got my tear trough filler done at the Bristol clinic and it honestly did not make a difference. The person who did it would not give me the mirror after for me to check and the rest of the product was binned before I could; I did not even get a chance to ask to have some in the place she missed. She showed me photos of what it looked like after the treatment (before and after) but this is not good enough) The lighting etc in every photo is different so its difficult to know!
In fact before the treatment I was trying to explain and the woman who did it said unfortunately, she ‘would decide how she will do it’ and I ‘don’t have to get it done if [I] don’t want to.’ That is quite rude anyway so I should have followed my gut and just left. I will not be going back ever again now.
Ps. I would like to add this was after waiting for two months for my treatment as they initially booked me in for the wrong one and I received a call ON THE DAY of my initial appointment telling me not to go in because they booked me for the wrong treatment and would not even apologise.
There are other clinics in Bristol and frankly I will be choosing them.

Awful experience. I had my full arms lasered and instead of less growth I ended up with more growth. After complaining to the manager, it was concluded by one of the practitioners that the wrong laser was being used on me for 5/6 of my sessions. I was only compensated 2 free sessions after this to 'rectify' the issue - and that's after repeatedly insisting. I now have more growth on my arms prior to lasering, a waste of time and money and the manager was extremely rude and not helpful.

I was so pleased to get an appointment in the first week after lockdown... Terri at the Liverpool branch booked me in, knowing I would be desperate for my profilo... Terri and the team and of course Diane who does my treatment are most professional and friendly and I'm always welcomed with a big smile... I look forward to my appointments with the team and my trust in them goes beyond... They are like my little extended family now.

Unfortunately despite writing a previous review on Destination skin Muswell hill where I had been informed someone would be in contact regarding my laser hair removal course and its effectiveness because of the pandemic, nobody has been in contact with me.
I have even been into the salon but sadly nothing was said to me. I was sent to a new member of the team who was very lovely but I have to say I felt very let down that I was not approached about the concerns I have raised to the team via email.
My next session will be my last one and it feels very sad that i will be leaving Destination skin Muswell hill with such a bad experience of customer service.
