Purchased 15 pacs of pasta saraceno from this online store and delivery happened after 1 week. Opened package and they ship wrong type of pasta. Needed to send an email with pictures of the package and they will fix it. After sending back the wrong products to them I still did not received my purchased product because this time there was a problem with the delivery company. In summary, by email they are courteous but in practice they don't deliver what promised. There is no telephone number to call for customer support
