I've ordered a lot of Pokemon TCG products from here and I've been happy with the experience. Products are always carefully packed and shipped when expected. Even when some products were damaged from the inside (completely sealed and safely shipped, so to no fault of the them) they offered to compensate. It's clear that they care for their customers.

Great choice of products and super fast delivery. I ordered on Monday at 6pm and received my order Tuesday at 4pm.

Package was despatched quickly, arrived well packed. Also was sent with tracking information which is always appreciated.

Placed quite a large order, packaged very well, got 3 free tins that contained the booster packs and some free cards. Amazing service. Fast shipping too. Happy customer and you'll see me ordering here more often :)

Very good prices, I haven't found anywhere that matches them.

Always ship very quickly unless they're busy fulfilling pre-orders, but that's understandable. Everything's always been packaged nicely.

I will say they could have better communication but that's it!

I do recommend ordering from De Spelvogel but i also do recommend patience with it.
Shipping took more or less longer than anticipated and I had no information on the package status for a time but in the end package did arrive and in perfect condition.

I do think however that if you would offer quicker customer support it would vastly improve the experience and remove the small number of complaints when something goes wrong during transport, that is understandable, however not getting a quick response can get worrying.

Only discovered the site recently. Good prices and speedy delivery. Also very accommodating when making a request with orders.
