One thing you can truly rate a company on is customer service. We made our order for a pro chair and a standup desk. We took delivery of all parts apart from the frame of the desk. We quickly contacted customer service who were uber helpful and quickly available.
Turned out that DHL had destroyed our package and didn’t deliver it. Desktronic and in particular Olaf were amazing. We had the frame delivered within 2 days of the call - couldn’t get any quicker.
The product itself - amazing. Seat is super comfy. The desk - impeccable quality, you can tell this thing will stand the test of time. Definitely worth the investment.

After nearly 2 years, there was a problem with one table leg that was somehow stuck. I mailed to desktronic with a description an foto an on the same day, they send new table leg's which arrived two day's later shortly before Christmas! super service, thank you very much!

I was sceptical about ordering from Desktronic at first. There are a few “knock off” websites that are very similar and with cheaper prices, however upon receipt and assembly of the product I knew that I had made the right choice.
I ordered the HomeOne desk in black/black, size 160x80cm. Dispatch was lightening quick and delivery was 3x working days later. Sleek design with a nice finish and very good quality. Both the legs and the table top are HEAVY; I recommend having two people to assemble it.
No complaints since using it (~4x months). Even though there are other places that look legitimate which offer similar products for slightly cheaper (which I cannot comment on), I didn’t mind paying a bit extra for something that ended up being solid and reliable.

I spent a few weeks looking for a new desk and kept coming back to Desktronic, I was a bit unsure as I have never come across this company before but my goodness what an amazing desk.
This is solid, the frame is in parts and has a good weight to it and was very easy to assemble. The motors as very smooth and almost silent.
You can also mix the frame and top colours to contrast each other.
I do not often leave feedback but I can without hesitation recomend this product.

Very pleased with the desk
Very pleased with the desk, solid and perfect size for multiple monitors. It was easy to put together. I've had it for nearly a year and still working as expected... I think the only downside is that the position memory hasn't really worked since I had it but it's a nice to have for me, not essential.

Best desk I ever owned
- Easy Assembling (although the parts are very heavy, get a second person if possible)
- Quiet
- Lifts fast
- Memory function is nice
- Table does not wiggle around, very firm even when leaning on it while standing
- It's heavy enough to not move around accidentally
- Has enough room for 3 monitors and everything you need
- Relaxes my back because I can finally stand

Customer services doing their best- issues with delivery for a great product!Having had difficulty with the company’s chosen delivery firm DHL. After one missed attempt, DHL left my desk outside and claimed I had signed for the delivery. I am currently renovating a property so contacted Desktronic to say I was arranging a date when I would wait for the desk. We only got to the property on the following day-it had been left outside in a rainstorm. Desktronic initially said I was not eligible for a full refund and I had confusing messages and they are arranging a pick up and will refund me once items get back. Given DHL’s performance, and the time wasted , I really feel powerless and let down.

Excellent service and quality items
I purchased many items for my home office and as we all aware life isn't perfect so the items, can arrive damaged etc. However the Desktronic team sorted out the issues flagged and I am happy about it. Now my office looks perfect!
