The DHL courier they use is terrible
The courier is terrible. Having been messed around ordering a desk from them previously which resulted in full refund I stupidly went back for more punishment. I ordered a chair and although it was dispatched quickly it was delivered to the wrong address. Had to go and pick this up and my expense and inconvenience and still waiting for a callback from customer service

Ordering process was easy and delivery was very quick. As per other reviews, building the desk is very straightforward and the end result is a great quality sturdy desk offering great flexibility. Huge improvement to my old set up.

The product is actually rather good, but don't trust the "if found cheaper we'll refund", they don't!
The product is actually rather good, this gives me no problems. It is the service which I have a problem with: I was offered a discount upon ordering the product (due to a lower price on a different site), which would be paid upon showing the receipt. I have taken all steps accordingly, however I get no respons from them when reminding them of their promise. That part is disappointing.

Great choice for a stand up desk!
Ordering on their website is easy and straightforward. My assumption is that they’ve put some effort into this and implemented proper user experience principles.
Delivery was according to schedule.
Putting the products together was easy. Nothing outside the mentioned tools was needed, also the product can be put together by 1 person.
The quality of the desks is really good, I hope it stays like this for years. The engine is smooth and can easily handle 2 large monitors and a cat.

Decent chair, a bit overpriced and arm rests are causing issues
Decent chair. A bit overpriced, but I am satisfied with the purchase.
One downside is that the armrests are too high when set to the lowest level. The armrests are noticeably higher than my previous cheap office chair. Two issues with this: I cannot push the chair under my desk (basic IKEA desk). The arm rests really get in the way of a sim racing wheel.
- It would be nice if Desktronic sold different armrests. They are installed with 3 screws and can be easily swapped out.
It's a comfy chair once I got my adjustments right.

It is worth it!
This is a beautifully constructed desk with quality I associate with the finest German engineering.
Plenty of depth for a large screen, and clever features to prevent cable clutter.
Until you have one, you don't realise how uncomfortable it is sitting its the same position rather than being able to ring the posture changes.
The minute drawer had just enough room for your watch and pen. So plan to think in an uncluttered way!

desk is wonderful, delivery was quick…
As someone who is handicapped and desks normally don't fit my chairs or the height I would like for comfort in general. This goes low enough when I need it to and for time I wanna change up chairs it fits all the options I need. Quality materials, had an issue with one of the bolt holes on one of the motors but it is all together in the end.
