While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. I miss livechat

UI sucks ass. Lack of dark mode will make me blind in a few weeks. It's unstable and customers can't see your messages half of the time.

UPD:
After 5 months of tweaking it still doesn't work properly. Creators of deskpro can't code. If you try deskpro, you're at risk of derailing your business.

Working with Deskpro since a couple of weeks.

Working with Deskpro since a couple of weeks now (using the on-premise version) and have to say that they have pretty fast support via e-mail and phone, and most of the questions are answered before you hang up. And when we find small bugs or missing some trivial features, they immediately create a feature request for it.
And this is not our 'first rodeo', TopDesk, Freshdesk, Cerb.ai, but this one is for our company ticking al the boxes!

Intuitive and easy to use

We purchased deskpro when they first came out 15 years or so. At that time the developer was the support person. It was such a great product that no one else came close to its service.

I switched to different companies since then and desktop was always the one I recommended. We use their subscription monthly plan which is hosted with them and reasonably affordable.

The way their helpdesk ticket system works is very intuitive.
