We help people design work that feels meaningful, energising, and aligned with who they truly are. Our core offering, Design Your Purpose, is a self-paced online course that guides people through a structured journey of self-discovery and intentional career design. Instead of quick fixes or generic advice, the course blends design thinking, psychology, and playful experimentation to help learners uncover their values, passions, strengths, and preferred ways of contributing. These insights become the foundation for imagining multiple possible futures, testing ideas through small actions, and shaping a direction that feels both inspiring and realistic. Participants leave with renewed clarity, a multitude of career possibilities, and a personalised toolkit they can return to whenever their life or career evolves. Whether someone is considering a career pivot, exploring a side project, or seeking more meaning in their current role, Design Your Purpose gives them a clear, creative path forward. At its heart, our work is built on one belief: fulfilling work isn’t discovered by accident, it’s designed with intention, curiosity, and courage.

Finally, a path to purpose that isn't overwhelming
Finding your 'purpose' can often feel overwhelming, but this course breaks it down into actionable, manageable steps. It is beautifully crafted and easy to follow. I went in feeling unsure about my trajectory and left with a solid game plan for my next career move. I can’t recommend this enough for anyone looking to design a life they actually love.

I finally have clarity
I’ve worked in Big Tech for 8 years and reached the point where I dreaded opening my laptop. I knew I needed a change but had zero clarity on what to do next. The course helped me reconnect with who I actually am and generate ideas I never would’ve thought of on my own. Honestly, everyone should do this before making any big career move.
