The design was really nice and Addy was super friendly as a customer service rep. However, the site content was poorly executed with mis-spellings, content not complete, requested integrations were not added/implemented despite being assured they were. I had to do a lot of extra work to fix their mistakes.

My experience has been nothing short of a great journey with Designs Raptor. Benjamin Levi was overly helpful and basically catered to my needs with his experience and great ideas. If you want a beautiful website please do yourself a favor and choose Design Raptor best decision I could have made great job Benjamin Levi to you and your team!!!

I worked with Fred on building a website, they made things very easy. Fred is Very communicative and is a gentleman. They did very good work as well, every looks very professional. My only issue is certain information was withheld from me about the sites expiration. Communication was good but certain things were told to me later than I would have liked.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I paid thousands of dollars for a custom website that was supposed to be delivered in 2 months; it ended up taking over 4 months and I did all the testing and reported pages of errors each time they said the site was ready for my review. There is no user tool to actually administer this site to do basic things like add new products - they only have the developers tool which is very technical and not intuitive - additionally, if you are not tech savvy, you can mess things up on your site (luckily I have a technical background).

Upon go live, the site was not configured to do basic things like print shipping labels / packing slips / invoices. I was not unable to test these things because they did not have a way for me to test an order end-to-end in the test environment (that was a red flag). Taxes were not setup properly, emails were an exact copy of the email templates from another site. The site went down several times over the course of 3 months - it would be down for days at a time with no sense of urgency from this company to resolve the issue.

Support is very basic and the team supporting the site did not seem to know how to use the tool - I ended up teaching myself how to use the back end tool and fixing many setup issues myself.

Final note - they blame the customer for all issues - e.g. taxes were not setup for any state outside of my home state.... their response was that "I didn't provide that information to them". What reputable website company expects the customer to provide tax rates for every state/county/country/province in the world! Maybe they are capable of setting up a website that only has copy/paste content and a few pictures. They are NOT CAPABLE of providing the
e-commerce services that they offer.

I finally gave up, after a comedy of website issues (that seemed to keep popping up) and disputed the charges with my credit card company.

Danny Edward and his team were prompt in addressing recent issues I experienced. The customer service chat on the company website is a real person who will help you in real time.

The site created for me looks professional and well prepared.
