Matt was great at the beginning. He listened to what we needed, and we provided him all of the information to build our website. When we tried to contact him, he would text us saying the website is almost done and will call us tomorrow. He never called, we made several attempts to contact him via phone, text and e-mail, and he never called us back. He took our money and never provided a website design for our non-profit organization.
The company started out great, did amazing work and I was very pleased with the results that I paid for. I even paid half to revamp two other websites that I owned. They offered coaching services for free to help getting started with my business. Then customer service went down hill. They ghosted me when I would call about the coaching services. Then they approached me with white label marketing and collaboration projects. Then turned around and ghosted me at the business meeting to discuss the plan moving forward. At this point, they will not respond to my calls and I doubt I will see my money that I have invested. Buyer beware, I don't think this company is serious about doing business.
Update: As of 8/3/2023 I was promised a refund within 7 to 10 business days and was ghosted. Be careful, no matter how good their offer is, stay away!
