Hello everyone! I love Designrr. I got all what they promised. I am happy to see that I can create and edit an e-book on my own and with the help of Wordgenie.

I have experienced Designrr as a completely amazing tool for writing and research purposes. What is even more fascinating is that when I read the proposed content, I do not feel that it has been generated through AI. I find it personal and it understands my thinking and writes exactly the way I would write myself. Over and above this takes place within a very short space of time and the quality of research is something that I would not manage in that time.

In review after using Designrr, it has made things so much easier than you can imagine when it comes to writing for the end user. I would definitely recommend this product and all of its many tools. Users often find that the ability to turn a simple blog post or Word doc into a polished eBook in minutes is a huge time-saver. It definitely lets you focus more on the actual writing rather than the design technicalities

It was easy to use

I'd like to understand why you continue to advertise a product with a "only a few hours left" countdown at $27, when this same message has been appearing day after day. ( I have monitered it for the past few weeks.) This is a classic example of false urgency, a marketing tactic I find misleading and disappointing.
I was genuinely interested in purchasing, but this lack of transparency has cost you a customer. I'll be staying with Canva, whose free version alone reportedly rivals, if not surpasses, what your product seems to offer.
I'd also ask: have you actually read your own reviews? They make for pretty damning reading, and frankly, I find it sad. Customers are clearly expressing the same as me. It suggests a company that either isn't listening, or simply doesn't care. Neither reflects well on you.
I'd encourage you to consider more honest marketing practices. Customers notice, and trust, once lost, is very hard to rebuild.

The Designrr software.It does exactly what it says.Period!

I thought I would use Designrr for my own products but then I realized I could use it for other people too. I am making a Life Story Flipbook for my friend that recently passed away. I watched the short video at the beginning after I logged in. Designrr is very easy to use, there are a lot of templates to use for a Flipbook or PDF. You can then send the link to anyone you want which really interested me since my friend's wife will want to send the flipbook to family and friends. It's easy to edit in Designrr so making changes even after you I created the flipbook was easy. I plan on using for other flipbooks. I have been telling all my friends about it as well. It's a great tool!!

Designrr allows me to clarify scientific evidence that comes from protocols to the medical world but may not be understandable by the non medical population! This is an inexpensive way for me and others to demonstrate knowledge that many may not get from their medical providers!

I bought a lifetime license only to find out that I have to keep on buying again again to enjoy the "updates". Dont go for it. It is almost like a scam.
Edit : I was sold lifetime highest olan. Now there is a highr license . So basically you dont get a lifetime plan for a sowfware or Saas. What you buy is what you buy.

Horrendous, money grabbing after service. Be very careful about auto renews with this company. They blatantly break consumer rights by refusing any refund when subscriptions have been renewed via stealth. And there is proof you haven’t used their services. Disgusting behavior. Josiah,

I am writing to formally demand a refund of $194, two years of charges at $97 per year, for an account I was unaware I held and can demonstrably prove I have never used.

I have no recollection of actively subscribing to Designrr, and my account history will confirm zero usage across the entire billing period. Charging a customer for two consecutive years for a service they have never accessed, and then refusing to issue a refund when presented with that evidence, is not a billing dispute. It is straightforwardly unacceptable conduct.

I want to be clear about where I stand. I work within a large professional network and I refer services regularly. I also believe strongly that the reputation of a business is built or destroyed by exactly these moments, when a company is given the opportunity to do the right thing and chooses not to. I will be making my experience with Designrr known to my contacts and across my platforms.

I am asking one final time for a full refund of $194. I am happy to provide whatever evidence of non-usage is required to process this. If this is not resolved promptly I will be escalating through every available channel including my card provider and relevant consumer protection bodies.

My husband join this horrible website and didn’t realise he was signing a contract with the devil. It was signed in 2025. Was renews automatically a few days ago and when I asked to get the refund as he only used it once last year, have been told that the return policy is 30 from initial purchase. Not 30 from renewal. Thieves. Stay away
