The platform is very user-friendly. Every time we submitted a request the feedback was fast, and designers are always very open to communication. And our customer success manager is also open to feedback and she is there to support :). So for experience been great!

We have been working on a big project due tomorrow, and the Design Pickle team has been fundamental in getting everything done on time.

Having worked with other design agencies before, we had expectations on quality of work and turn around times.
After meeting with our CSM several times and going back and forth with feedback re:artists, creative direction, software/platform, etc., majority of the hiccups in the beginning are no longer common sight and the product / service continues to improve.
There's room for improvement but glad things are getting better, and the team is responsive :)

Fantastic communication and customer service from the operations side. Great, and quick work from the designers. They are able to easily follow every instruction and edit perfectly. Design Pickle will certainly always be in my mind when looking for all design needs!

Design Pickle has been absolutely amazing! The assets they have created for us have been exactly what we needed - creative, on-brand, engaging, and overall just perfect. They are great with revisions, and they've never missed a deadline we've asked for. I can't recommend them enough!

Design Pickle has allowed us to augment our marketing team and hold off on needing to hire design talent before we are ready. I love the flexibility of being able to add another designer with very little turnaround time. We have used DP for custom illustrations, social media graphic design and motion graphics. All of the results are high quality.

I typically don't share negative feedback, but Design Pickle was a major disappointment. While we weren't expecting top-tier design given the price, we hoped for consistency and brand development. For $1699/month, we got neither. Quality is mediocre at best. We were essentially paying for a service we weren't receiving. The designs felt like rushed templates, lacking creativity. They also have a fake 14 day satisfaction guarantee. Think twice before partnering with them. They are more interested in profit than client success. Highly unimpressive. If they would have been great, we would have been a customer for years. Hire on Fiverr or Upwork, the cheapest designer will probably beat their quality for $300 a month. Free and unlimited poor design should be their selling title.

I'm not usually public about bad work experiences, but Design Pickle has done everything in its power to make my experience the WORST design collaboration I've had in my 5+ years career as a professional marketer. We weren't expecting the holy graal of graphic design (and neither should you based on the price) but we were expecting good, consistent quality with a steady progression of our brand identity and help from an account manager to keep it all together. Well, for $1699 a month, we got none of that. After many, MANY attempts to get designers to apply any sort of creative thinking to their work, quality only got worse month over month in the year that we worked with them. On top of that, we were assigned a dedicated account manager as part of our plan which was removed WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, so we were paying monthly for a service that we no longer were receiving. Talk about a scam. Their reason for it was "improving operational efficiency," as if they didn't make enough profit off of the $5 Fiverr-like quality designs they deliver, all done with pre-made templates and forcing designers to deliver quickly without any regard for creativity. We held on to our plan because we changed visual identity and thought they'd be able to adapt, but 4 months later it was clear they had no idea where to start even. Please think twice before working with this company, they clearly only care about the money they make from you and not at all about your success. Their philosophy is cutting every corner possible so they can keep as much as possible for themselves. And it shows. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

If you put your account on hold you'll get charged around $10-$15 a month but they don't remind you like other companies that you are paying them. They never send invoices for the amounts, or reminders that they are taking your money every month. My plan has been on hold for nearly two years before my card expired and they contacted me to ask if I could update my details.
When I explained that I'd like a refund for all the payments I'd made even when I wasn't using the service they refused. For that, I give them 1 star.
Also, their plans are over-priced. You'd be better off hiring someone from a freelancer platform.

The designs are delivered on time, the artists follow all our directions exactly as they're told, the overall experience is very good!

The entire Design Pickle team and customer experience have been awesome! The designer (Michelle) is a rock star, as is my Account Manager (Katella). Super easy-to-use platform and resources that make me feel like I have a massive design team.

After many frustrating delays and the Design Pickle designers not reading instructions nor adhering brand standards, we reached out to our support with our frustrations.
We subscribed to their PREMIUM plan at $1,700 USD/month, so we expected quick and skilled work.
They told us their designers can only work on our account 1.5-2 hrs per day before moving onto other clients. So, the per hour rate comes to about $50/hr.
If they were doing better, quicker work than my interior design team, I could maybe see that rate, but clearly that wasn't happening.
They also blamed the fact that we wanted our files in Canva (to make them easily editable) even though that is a "feature" they showcase with their premium plan.
Don't promote a feature if you're going to use it as an excuse for poor, slow designs.
All that to say, their designers didn't fully ready instructions, didn't adhere to the brand standards provided, and didn't turn around projects on time at all. I'm sure it's not their fault, it sounds like probably a management issue from the top down.

Design Pickle is the secret weapon that people should probably be more aware of. I can't believe how great of a value the service is as well as how great the quality of the deliverables are. I get timely graphics with very little effort on my end. And if the graphic isn't exactly what I was picturing, the revision and collaboration process makes it really easy.
I'm really pleased with this service. I'm a two-time buyer of this platform and tend to babble about how good it is for anyone that is trying to scale up marketing efforts and get the best graphic service for their growing needs.

Not worth the price for the quality. Recommend using freelancer.com or similar to get better designs and unlimited quick revisions for less than a quarter of the price. I guarantee I spent more time writing instructions than they actually spend on design. And no one cares to read through the instructions anyways.
