I would give one star if I could. I ordered a full set of their "Perlemor" dining set, including bowls, mugs, and plates of both sizes. The bowls, mugs, and small plates are lovely with no issue. The large plates have serious issues. They don't stack well. They develop black spots in the varnish, and within a year of owning them, two had cracked.
I contacted customer service. Rather than send me a new set, they simply refunded me for each individual plate and told me they're out of stock (no they're not, verified on their website). Now the other large plates begin to have issues and it's on me to pay for a whole new group of plates to complete the set, and of course pay the 70 nok shipping as well. The price has increased significantly in the year since I first bought them as well of course.
If you like having a matching set, absolutely do not spend with DesignHandel. They really don't care. Terrible way to do business. If you notice it's impossible to leave reviews on their website but they have other people leaving them a ton of nice reviews, there's a reason for that.
