Do not go near this company
I feel the need to update my last post on this company. I still don't have a website but they have taken to phoning me and raving until I blocked them from my phone. I have arranged for them to upload the web on my Ionos webhost but he wants full access to my account, There is something very unpleasant about this company.

We’re sorry you feel this way. Your website is already completed (We have your written approvals on email) — the only step left is uploading it to your IONOS hosting, which requires access as standard practice purely for deployment.
As you mentioned you don’t have a direct contact number, we’ve been coordinating via email and the number provided for your wife. Both our team and IONOS support attempted to reach her to assist with going live, but unfortunately haven’t been able to connect. Due to this and the lack of hosting access, we’ve been unable to complete the final step despite your recent review.
Our calls were only intended to assist and move things forward, and we’ll respect your preference for email communication.
We remain ready to complete this for you and can proceed in whatever way you’re most comfortable with whether that’s guided steps, limited access, or a scheduled time. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed.
I would not use Design Eternal ever again
I would not use Design Eternal ever again. Josh and Ryan created a website which was ok but nothing worth celebrating, but then wanted to push for more upsales for example hosting. I then agreed for them to create a Facebook page which included the first batch of promotional ads for £1000. Honestly a child could have created the same mock up. There was no story to the theme. It was just images from the homepage and products. Since taking my money I have not heard from them. Absolute lowest of low scumbags.

I very rarely write or provide reviews, I find it annoying getting asked to review everything I order on Amazon from lightbulbs to batteries, but it's the world we live in. However I have just had a website built by design eternal and it is the first time in ages I have received such good personal service from start to finish, in particular Ryan Harris has been with me every step of the way and been consistent in his help and support. I even used an external provider for my hosting and he helped the whole way through and always been available, I would recommend them to anyone embarking on a web design and have little IT knowledge.

From contact with Mark via chat on day one, the whole team have been amazing.
Mark contacted me via WhatsApp at my request, once I decided this was the company I wanted to use Mark set up an introductory Zoom meeting.

Ryan has been amazing, even when I got angsty about things running to time.
