Had a fab experience in the store today. I had previously been in so had an idea of what I wanted. I did have to wait a little while for a sales assistant to become available, but I wasn’t in a rush so I got to test out the sofas comfort for a bit longer. Jamie at the Uddingston store was then very helpful at showing me the fabric options and moved some foot stools around for me to choose between. Then the purchase process was smooth and I was given all my payment / add on options and a clear picture of what happens next re delivery etc. Overall very happy with my experience.
