I recently ordered my 3rd pair of glasses from DesignerOptics that’s how impressed I was with the first 2 pairs. The prescription lens, the fit of the frames and accuracy of order was perfect. In addition the cost was better than other companies for the exact frames.

Price was really good.
Communication is Bad. Delivery time was exceeded and I had to send a follow up email to ask for order status. Only then, did I get an apology email, and a day later a tracking number for the delayed order. The order arrived later than promised, even I paid for their "order insurance".

I purchased a pair of Rayban Chromance and I love them! They are definitely legitimate Rayban and they came in so fast. I found the pair initially at Sunglass Hut and looked online for a better price. In store they are listed for $285, I got them from DesignerOptics for $180… I’m so happy with my purchase. I love them so much.

Fast shipping and got the best deal compared to everywhere else I looked. Will be getting all my eye glasses here from now on!

Ordered sunglasses from them which supposed to be shipped in 3-6 days according to website and it was in stock! After a 9 days not getting a shipment confirmation I contacted to customer service and just after asking they told me that they are still waiting to got them from the manufacturer. At my second email the response was totally different, the sunglasses has been discontinued by the manufacturer and I could cancel my order . Then I checked it again on website and it was still available but with a higher price . So they just didn’t want me to ship it with a lower price I payed and want me to cancel it! Such a scammers !!! Won’t buy from them anymore!! Ezcontacs are much better

Designer Optics had the best price by far on Oakley Hex Jector frames. 5-star response, fast shipping, and the frames arrived with perfect packaging and in factory condition. A super store. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Pricing! Designer Optics had the best price I found anywhere, saving me over $130 on the sunglasses I bought. Even though the product item page stated it might take 5 business days to ship (which it did), I opted to upgrade from their Free Shipping to Priority 2-7 Days for an additional $14.99. I also went with their Shipping Insurance for a few extra bucks. As it turned out, they shipped it via UPS Ground which took over a week in transit (NY to Los Angeles), and is not what I would refer to as "Priority". I wonder how it would have been any longer in transit simply using their Free Shipping Option which is what I'll likely use on my next order. Overall still 5 Stars.
[Addendum: After initially posting this review, I emailed them about the $14.99 Priority Shipping. Perhaps they'll do the right thing and credit the shipping charges or offer some other accommodation. I'll post the outcome after they reply.]

Glasses where horrible , feel off my face , clouds not see out of them , didn’t know they didnt have a return policy , never again will I order from them !

Fell in love with a pair of Ray Bans going through DFW airport but couldn’t talk myself into buying them without doing some homework. So I googled them and found Designer Optics with the exact same pair $80 less. Granted they didn’t include the cleaner, but that wasn’t worth $80. Then I read reviews of Designer Optics and felt comfortable placing my order. The free shipping was great - purchased on a Wednesday and received the following Monday. Will definitely be doing business with them again!

I must say I searched the internet several times looking for the BEST PRICE for what I was looking for. These guys did just that!

It wasn’t really designer optics fault probably, but it did take a little longer to get my glasses then what was said upfront.
But my eyeglass prescription is one of the most difficult to make. My eyes aren’t good and I have a lot of astigmatism. But they did a wonderful job of getting them right the first time. I am very pleased.
