I ordered a furniture piece for a client in August 2024. It was in stock and had a 3-5 day ship time. After months of no updates and no receipt of goods, I reached out copious times via phone, email, messaging... I got the run around. After 3 months, I contacted the manufacturer myself and found out they never ordered my piece. I ordered it myself and got it in 3 days. I asked Designer Inc to cancel the order and refund me, as I knew they had not ordered it. They ignored me. They stopped taking my calls, they have not refunded me, and they refuse to answer my chats. It is now May 2025 and still nothing... I paid IN FULL for product and shipping. I got NOTHING for it! $1339.65 out of MY pocket! BE VERY WARY! THIS IS NOT A REASONABLE OR FAIR COMPANY. I have been more than patient.

Don’t do business with this company. I’ve had consistent problems with not getting an estimated ship date for orders. This is absolutely the industry standard to provide an estimated ship date. I have never come across a company in ANY industry that thinks it’s ok to tell its customers to wait forever and you’ll get your product someday. Yes they are the middle man and it takes time. But I’ve been waiting 4 months just for communication. Then they blame their supplier. The customer service will ignore emails for days even weeks.
The only reason I bought something from them again is because they had to credit me for my last order. This is unreal, but I waited months for an order to later find out that they never ordered it! Then they refused to refund my money. So here I am again getting hosed by this company.

We have ordered product several times in the past. They never gave us an ETA, but they collect our money in full. The worst part is they NEVER ORDERED the product!!! I had to call and check with the vendors direct and the product is available in stock. Yet, we waited months for just an ETA. RUN RUN RUN! Feels like a fraudulent company. Can't believe they are still in business. We canceled the orders and now waiting for our money back, they are saying they have to collect from the vendors first. We will be pushing a legal action if not remedied. Completely unacceptable!
