No refund. I ordered a chair which was showing as in stock. I then had an email to say that it was being manufactured and would take 10-12 weeks. 2 weeks later I had an email to say that did not pass the quality control and as it is not up to our standards, we won't be able to supply this product and will proceed to disable it. I was told my refund would be processed. Nearly 3 weeks later I have still not received a refund after multiple communications.

The product I bought was exactly the same as one the pictures. Great service and super quality. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

I bought a chair in early September 2022 but it did not arrive until late January 2023. As I found it uncomfortable I returned it in mid February, 5 weeks later I am still waiting to be reimbursed despite numerous emails back and forth.

The order arrived quickly. Everything was well packed and made a very good impression when unpacked.
Only after I had assembled the lamp I noticed that it was a bit crooked and bent.
When I wrote to the customer service, they only referred to the small print that no exchange is possible without the original packaging. I had already disposed of the original packaging, as everything looked fine at first. No goodwill, no exchange possible.
So product quality and purchase experience were rather poor.

The delay was quite long but as announced on the website during my order. I though the regular emails informing on the process were a great way to keep me patient.

The finish is good, though not perfect with a few small imperfections, but with an excellent price, so I find it's a very good deal.

I would definitely repurchase again.

I am very grateful for the excellent customer service that Kaye offered me from the beginning and with the follow-up of the order that came up so fast. The products are of good quality and the customer service is impeccable. Thank you very much Designer Icons :)

I had some problems cancelling an order with them. But it has been solved (after refusing to give them my bank details, which are not needed for a VISA refund).

They are ambiguous at best about their items (you could find similiar copies in Ali Express)...

I don't know how their products are or how legit their operation is. There's no way to know who they are.

Some red flags, according to scamadviser:
- The website's owner is hiding their identity on WHOIS using a paid service. There's no way to know who these people are.
- This website does not have many visitors
- There are many low rated websites on the same server
- This website has only been registered recently, a few months ago, and for the time the site has been running, it has a very high number of reviews (which might or might not be real).

At least some caution is advised.

The chairs are absolutely lovely! They matched my dining table. No damage on the chairs. They came in wrapped and boxed properly. I'm still looking for a matching pendant lamp, so will be making another purchase soon. Thank you.

Excellent and reliable service, my order was fulfilled in a timely manner. I had no trouble getting the right dining table. Would definitely buy from this company again without hesitation.

I bought CH23 chairs and they are comfortable and seem expensive. I ordered another one for my bedroom dresser. The perfect chair! It is the second time I bought from them and will definitely buy again.

Good customer service and side table I ordered is perfect. Unexpected good quality, came well packaged on delivery.

Bought a PH 3.5 lamp. Delivered on schedule. There's a small bubble in the glass, but it's barely noticeable unless you really try. Great value for money and the details on the lamp is accurate as advertised.

Delivery was quick. I ordered a pendant glass lamp. It's well-packaged, received it in pristine condition and nothing broken. Easy, simple assembly, and the quality is good!
