This bassinet is wildly overpriced for what you actually get. The quality feels cheap, the setup is unnecessarily complicated, and it definitely didn’t live up to the hype. What really pushed this into one-star territory, though, was the company. Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in resolving issues. Returns were a hassle, communication was poor, and overall it felt like once they had your money, they didn’t care. Would not recommend the product or the company.

Design dua makes the most beautiful baby baskets. However, one year after I bought a basket, the colours started to disappear. Design dua blames ‘my environment’ in the house. It would be either too sunny or too much moist. Both are not the case. Colours won’t disappear the company says. But mine unfortunately did. They don’t want to compensate.
