My experience with this platform has been incredibly disappointing. My account was unfairly closed due to an issue on their end, and their support team was both unprofessional and showed clear signs of bias, even making racist remarks. The platform seems to prioritize its own gain over genuinely supporting its users. I strongly discourage anyone from using it, as it feels both unreliable and discriminatory.

I have very bad experience with design crowd after making about 50 designs in 50 different contest, they approved my account and in the next 2 days they close it due to very very unfair reason. I do not recommend this website for working for designers. Please not waste your time and handwork for these people. Try other sources.

My experience with this site is that they are just scammers. There was an error in my account and they closed it on your platform. I do not recommend this platform to me. It is a scam. It only gives you the job and benefits it and what goes on in its orbit.

I'm an architect, professional 3D, and 2D designer with more than 10 years of experience. I'm registered on many platforms, such as Upwork, 99Designs, Fiverr, etc. I have a lot of happy clients and winning contests.
One day I was found this little DesignCrowd platform. I decided to look closer at it and try to make some work there. I finished registration and started the contest The Produce Truck's logo.
I saved several variants in GPEG format (2000x2000 pxls) like everybody is making at 99Designs. Big white borders with a small logo in the middle. This is making for a better understanding of the logo. Cause when you are saving the logo on the whole image you can't understand how it looks.
So I saved 4 variants of the logo and uploaded 4 images on the DesignCrowd.
But firstly there was a notification that they should check the quality of my works before the client will see it. It will take several days, but the contest should finish earlier. I was ANGRY, cause I've spent my time for nothing. Instead of the client seeing my work, it should be evaluated by some kind of incompetent staff.
But this was not enough. You know what?
This stupid staff sent me messages that my work has low quality. And because I've uploaded one by one 4 work in one time, I've got 4 messages like this. They even didn't understand that. That I've already uploaded all my works before I've got their answer. I couldn't change anything even if I wanted to do that.
And after that, I've got the message that my "DesignCrowd account will be closed and cannot be re-opened at this time."
Even when I was trying to explain the situation to the support they didn't want to understand me. They wish me well with my design journey outside of the DesignCrowd marketplace.
Can you imagine how stupid they are? They have a little platform that wants to compete with much bigger platforms. The highly professional designers want to work there. But just because of one little misunderstanding this incompetent staff making a decision that a highly professional designer can't do this, FOREVER!

This is not the best of processes. Their site is tricky for checking and doing anything with your project on a mobile phone. The designs that were submitted were around 200 in number but only about 3 ones that could be considered. Quite a waste of time.

It has good points but the site is confusing when you are in the process, you cant possibly give feedback to everyone and only 5% of the designs are any good at all, most are of a very low standard. Then when you pay up front for extras in the end it asks if you want to pay for them again. Just not a great service overall. Finally you get the people that didn't win bombarding you telling you how terrible the winning one is. I wouldn't suggest this site.

As a very busy business person - I am very happy with the service that DesignCrowd offer.
I will be using them again.

My experience with Designcroud was just great!! I will use them again. It was an awesome experience and fun too. I found a great designer that I will use again. It was nice to have the designers come to me with their talent rather than having to search for a designer you can trust. What a great concept! So good for the business owner.

I cannot think of a better way to access design talent around the globe at such an incredible value. My logo design project received 82 submissions in less than a week and requests for changes always took less than 24 hours. I am thrilled with the logo and business card design. Thanks.

I was impressed by tons of antonish designs and did the price until 4th place because I coudn´t leave back those great Jobs

I would not hesitate to recommend DesignCrowd to anyone. The designs are fresh, and the artists truly amazing. Response time is fantastic and very professional.

I am a first time author and am not particularly computer savvy. My daughter-in-law recommended DesignCrowd to me although she did not know much about it. DesignCrowd turned out to be exactly as advertised. They were very responsive, both by Email and by phone and immediately settled issues. I received several submissions and one, Vane7, hit the nail on the head almost immediately. The artist was very responsive to my several changes (one of which I reversed later), talented, friendly, helpful and patient with my ignorance. Actually, this experience was actually fun and uplifting. I will use DesignCrowd again and am recommending it to others.
