I've used DesignCrowd three times now and honestly, it is a fantastic site which operates professionally and puts a customer in touch with so may talented folk. It's a great way to get a whole field of great people coming up with amazing designs for whatever project you need. Pricing is so reasonable (given the bespoke service) and the response if you need to contact their help desk is always almost instantaneous and always helpful.

I will definitely be using DesignCrowd again for my next project.

A Positive Experience as a Freelance Graphic Designer

As a freelance graphic designer, I have been very impressed with the quality of the customer support and the way designers are treated on this platform.

What I appreciate most is that they genuinely treat us as professionals and, more importantly, as human beings. Compared with other platforms and websites in the same industry, I find their approach much more respectful, understanding, and fair toward designers.

Yes, the rules can be strict—and I believe they need to be. However, there is still plenty of room for designers to learn, grow, and continuously develop their skills. I think that balance is very important.

Another thing I appreciate is that they do not simply remove a designer's account without consideration. When issues arise, their approach feels very different from what I have experienced on other platforms. They seem willing to look at the situation, communicate with designers, and give them an opportunity to improve.

I have been working as a freelance graphic designer for around 15 years and have experienced more than five different design platforms and websites during that time. Based on that experience, I can genuinely say that the way this platform treats its designers stands out to me.

This is simply my personal experience, but I hope it can be useful to other designers who are considering joining or continuing their journey here.

My designer account (ABP Graphic Studio, User ID: 1701927) has been stuck in 'Under Review' status for almost over one month. I have submitted multiple flat vector designs according to all guidelines, but none of them are being approved or rejected.
I have sent multiple emails to support, used the contact forms, and even reached out via Facebook support (where I was promised a resolution in 24-48 hours), but I have received zero updates or ticket confirmation numbers. My work is completely blocked. I request the DesignCrowd team to manually review my account and resolve this pending verification status immediately.

What a great resource. If you need some great inspiration quickly, it’s an easy choice to use Design Crowd!
