I used a template and downloaded but the original text appears and not my new text. Wasted my time. Prof Hansraj

My Disappointed Experience with DesignCap

My Experience with DesignCap: A Frustrating Shift from Satisfaction to Disappointment
I initially subscribed to DesignCap’s monthly plan at $12.99, paying for two months—February 19 and March 20, 2025. During that time, I was genuinely pleased with the service. I could resize all the images I needed without issue, and everything worked smoothly. After that, I canceled my subscription.
On July 21, 2025, I decided to invest in the Basic Annual Plan for $59.88, expecting the same functionality. Unfortunately, the experience changed drastically. I was no longer able to resize my images. Every time I tried to save my work, I received an error message: “Sorry, we can’t save your work. Try again later.”
The frame options for the sizes I needed were missing, and there was no way to properly hold or stretch my images. I reached out to support. They responded, and while the frame issue was partially resolved, the stretch function still didn’t work. I emailed again and was eventually able to adjust the image—but still couldn’t save it. The same error kept appearing.
I disputed the charge through my Venmo card, and that process is still ongoing. Today, when I logged in, I noticed my account had reverted to the free plan. DesignCap has been emailing me saying they couldn’t charge my card, yet they’re still trying to bill me—even though my annual plan shouldn’t expire until July 2026.
As of now, I’m still waiting for a refund. What started as a great experience turned into a frustrating and unresolved situation.

When I downloaded my Infographic it…

When I downloaded my Infographic it missed some text. This was so disappointing for me because I wasted my time. On the other hand, I can download just jpg, I need PDF. My information was that it is a free program. It is not true. So, I tried DesignCap but it is not tailored for me and I prefer Canva. Because Canva is completely free and has more opportunities.
