I rate Designbotschaft with 1 star as I can not rate it any lower. An outstanding order from 10 Sep, multiple delivery notifications never fulfilled, always to take place in two weeks. When requesting reimbursement they hurried to send me an invoice and another delivery in 2 weeks, which is now outstanding of course. I regret not having checked the comments I see here, a lesson for the future, as the goods were not cheap and I am now looking for legal support to have my rights defended. I buy a lot of things online, but this is by far the worst I ever experienced and I can only advise but to avoid any engagement with these gentlemen. Already reached to trustedshops.de to request an explanation why they validate designbotschaft and in parallel inquired Nardi how can premium brands be represented by such partners be a good commercial strategy. I hope I am still to be refunded but I am doubtful this has just not been a robbery.

I ordered a lounge sofa for the garden in the beginning of Marc this year. The delivery was supposed to be on the 1st of june. After haveing delayed it 4 times and still not knowing when the sofa will arrive at the end of August, I had to cancel as summer was already over. The cancellation was accepted but I never got my refund. To this day (December 6th) I am still waiting for my refund and they do not even answer my emails about this. Worst e-commerce customer service experience ever.
