They keep sending me messages about leveling up in their VIP thing, but the rewards are like a few free spins with huge wagering. I’m not going to lose thousands just to get a colorful badge on my acc... See more

See what reviewers are saying
Some casinos show how long you’ve been playing or let you set reminders to take a break, here nothing like that, which made it easy to lose track and overspend without noticing.
Later found out some bonus offers have a max cashout limit, but this isn’t shown clearly on the promo page, only hidden in terms, feels sneaky.
Every second login has some complicated captcha with tiny pictures. I get security, but this feels like I’m trying to enter a bank vault, not spin a slot on my couch.

Inconsistent balance updates
Sometimes the balance doesn’t adjust right after a spin. You have to refresh to see the real amount. Once I thought I had more money than I did and bet too high. Not a great feeling.
Deposit limit change delay
When I raised my deposit limit it updated instantly, but when I tried lowering it again, suddenly there’s a 24-hour delay, which is backwards from a responsible point of view.
VPN mess
Played using VPN once while traveling, later they said it’s against rules and voided a bonus. I didn’t even know, since many sites are fine with it. Too strict for me.
Bet history thin
I can only see a limited number of past bets in the account. If you play a lot in a night, it’s almost impossible to review what happened. For tracking and responsibility this is pretty bad.
Loyalty points worthless
You collect points for every bet, but when you finally check the store, the exchange rate is a joke. I’d have to lose a fortune to get anything meaningful out of it.
Too many emails
Unsubscribed twice, still getting promo blasts every morning. I only deposited once here. Annoying.
Nothing really special here
It works, but I lost quietly and got bored. Could do that anywhere really.
Casino feels empty
Live games barely had other players, chat dead, tournaments with low participation. Feels like a ghost site.
Slowest payout ever
Won a modest amount, requested withdrawal on Monday, got it the next week Friday after sending documents twice. Support kept saying “wait 24 hours”. Tired of chasing my own money for such a tiny win.
Terrible portrait mode
On my phone some slots force landscape, others stay portrait and cut off parts of the game, very inconsistent and clunky experience overall.
KYC demanded after biggish win
They let me deposit and lose several times with no checks, but as soon as I finally had a decent win, suddenly full verification or no payout.
No Real Low-Stakes Tables
The live blackjack and roulette tables that are actually open in the evenings all have stakes bigger than I’m comfortable with. There are cheaper ones, but they’re always full. Feels like small players aren’t really welcome.
Too bright and flashy
I couldn’t stand the constant flashing banners, bright colors and moving stuff on the screen, made me feel more stressed than entertained while losing my balance.
Boring welcome emails
After signup I got three long emails full of generic text and small-print conditions, nothing helpful for actually starting to play responsibly or understand the site.
Game history incomplete
I can’t export spins. How am I supposed to track anything?
Bad first impression
Sign up form glitched, then my welcome bonus didn’t show until I complained, not exactly confidence-inspiring for a new player.
No proper mobile app
They say they’re mobile friendly but it’s just the browser version in a frame, no real app features, slow, and crashes when I switch between apps on my phone.
No clear max win info
Later found out some bonus offers have a max cashout limit, but this isn’t shown clearly on the promo page, only hidden in terms, feels sneaky.
Quick but shallow verification
They “verified” me in five minutes with just a blurry ID photo, which honestly scared me. If it’s that easy, how many fake accounts slip through? Doesn’t fill me with confidence.
Annoying login captcha
Every second login has some complicated captcha with tiny pictures. I get security, but this feels like I’m trying to enter a bank vault, not spin a slot on my couch.
