I made an order that was meant to take 5 days and has still not come a month later. After this is sent them an email were They then offered a refund or to send it again but still haven’t had a reply to my option.

Rings are not that bad at the moment.
Though, being in another EU country than UK, I have been told that I had free shipping fees.

The postman asked me to pay 18€ of custom fees during the delivery.
I did ask for a refun of 18€, which has been denied.

Never buy anything on this website.

I ordered a silver ring. It looks and feels very nice but after literally wearing it twice it started to degrade. It leaves an awful green on my finger. I take very good care of it and never let it get in contact with liquids but by virtue of just having it on, it leaves a very noticeable green mark around my finger. Abbsolutely awful quality. The designs are nice but I wish they used better materials.

I ordered some rings and they took a bit longer to arrive than they were supposed to, but I was okay with that as I wasn't in a hurry or anything. But the quality of the ring are really really bad, I know they are cheap but still very bad. They wouldn't last more than 2/3 weeks on your fingers. conclusion: companies that try to get attention through Instagram are scam, be careful.

I made my order with design b and after almost a week still had no news that my package had shipped, even though I paid for 3 day delivery. On top of that one of the items I had already paid for was out of stock. Really bad organization and didn’t really offer to do anything to solve it.

Good price, but my rings came with marks in the metal, and one slightly misshapen. Get what you pay for really.

Very nice ring and appreciate the free shipping, however, it did arrive with a scuff mark on the stone which is a little disappointing. Overall a good company though and the ring looks like what is advertised.
