Just purchased the Rosti Margrethe 1.5 litre bowl, it was a pleasure dealing with Design Mode, great product, I purchased a 3 litre bowl around 30 years ago and is still going strong, postage was quick even given the Cyclone we had in Brisbane and packing is all recyclable. Very happy!
Order placed in the first week of January and now, at the end of February, I have no updates on the shipping, no answer from support and no product. DO NO BUY from them! It's a scam. Apparently there is no way to get a refund too.
