DF designed and built my davesolomon.solutions website, I gave them an open brief and they delivered something I would never have expected - it performs amazingly well. As a e-commerce consultant my site needs to look professional yet accessible which it does and I am happy to recommend them.

I came to Design Facility on the back of a poor experience with another agency who offered little to no support or care for our business. These guys care and see the bigger picture.

My introductory call with DF in March restored belief in the business model and I felt a sense of direction with our long term plan. We discovered in the beginning that the business needed to reduce its expenses to free up cash going forward; Design Facility were extremely helpful in suggesting how we could do this. As Shopify was way too expensive and essentially controlled our website's activities, we made the decision to move to Wordpress/Woocommerce - a decision that is now saving us £500-1000 every month.

The Wordpress site produced exceeded my expectations and after testing any minor tweaks were addressed to promptly. For the cost, functionality and ongoing support, I'd highly recommend using DF for web design.

As we'd been experiencing cash flow issues for some time, the short term goal was to kickstart Google Ads campaigns that perform. Within a month, our ROAS was already 5-7x (compared to 1-2x previously) - this meant we could start scaling and fund vital business operations, including our new website launch.

Above all, the DF team are eager, easy to communicate with and respond quickly (even outside of hours) should I have any questions or concerns. If you are looking for an all-in-one extension of your business, I'd highly recommend Design Facility for all things marketing and design!

We’ve been working with DF for 6 months and really happy with the journey so far.
