I bought the tree houses, the paper and impression is good considering the price (on sale). I don't think I'd pay full price, but definitely would buy other products with reduced price. I am happy with my purchase.

Great service
Great service, one poster came damage and they resent all posters (even non damage ones) and included an extra as a gift. Only thing is that I could choose the gift and I got a poster which I dont want/need which becomes a bit of a waste for the environment. Better if you got to choose to make it count

Unfortunately, you contacted us about a faulty frame more than two years after placing the order and were not able to send us pictures where we could see any fault.
As explained to you by our Customer Service agent, we can only accept a claim if this one is made no more than six months after the order is placed, and we need to see the damage/fault in the article.
Once again, we apologize for not being able to help you further for the reasons mentioned above.

Muy mal servicio ante error ajeno a cliente. No volveré a comprar ni recomendar Desenio
Desenio se desentendió totalmente ante un error de DHL con la entrega y me obligaron a que yo recogiera el pedido, con la amenaza de que si no me cobraban un recargo además.
Todo esto después de haber pagado los portes para entrega a domicilio, que por supuesto no me devolvieron. Servicio lamentable. No volveré a comprar ni recomendar Desenio.
Desenio totally disregarded a DHL error with the delivery and forced me to pick up the order, with the threat that if I didn't they would charge me a surcharge as well.
All this after having paid the postage for home delivery, which of course was not returned to me. Woeful service. I will not buy or recommend Desenio again.

Nice quality if you take a discount
I bought 3 big prints for our living, and a 6-print composition for our bedroom. Only the prints (I used Ikea frames).
I rated 5* considering the quality/price ratio using a 50% discount voucher.
Quality of the paper is good but not worth paying for the full price. I found some small defects in the paper, affecting the print. It’s not hugely important, and final results are great considering the price.

To much "passepartou”
Did not understand that "passepartou" around the motif was included in the size. Became far too little motive and too much passepartou as my frames already had a passepartou.
