Avoid arrived damaged - poor customer care

Ordered a print and It arrived damaged with box seal open (very poorly sealed).

The print was also very poor quality, poor quality print paper and not vivid as described.

Tried multiple times to contact customer services, no joy and AI chat was useless. Link sent for return label generated and email stated £9.90 will be deducted for a damaged print!

Email sent to customer services on 17/4/26, no response!

I have now had to go to the bank as this is just poor customer services, and unacceptable.

Avoid at all costs.

Good print, would use again

Good price, posted within a week, nice quality print.

We ordered print only and no frame, it arrived rolled in a tube and delivered by Evri.

My one advice to Desenio would be to use tissue paper at the end of the roll and tape as well, as the box arrived open at both ends and the protective paper was bashed and dirty. Print was fine but it’s a risk to have the print rolling around.

Ordered two prints. Quality is shocking. Trying to return the items is a joke - have to do it via an online form, but says there is no such order number.
It is sent from the UK, but you have to return the item to Sweden at your own cost. Do yourself a favour, do not get ripped off and avoid at all costs!

Ordered 2 pictures. Both dispatchedtogether on time. According to FedEx both arriving 2 April. One arrived promptly, still awaiting delivery of 2nd picture, supposed to be arriving between 8.00am and 12.00pm today,it's now 12.45and according to FedEx it's still at the local hub.

Total disappointment

Total disappointment. I paid 5.95£ for delivery and more than 22£ for a piece of paper which arrived all squashed and damaged. The print was sent in a long rectangular box and folded rather than rolled, resulting in very visible creases. I'm glad I didn't order more, which I was tempted to do as the website has a good selection of nice wall art.

This has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

This has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
The prints I received look nothing like the images advertised on the website. I have photographic evidence showing the colours are significantly duller and flatter in real life. The company even admitted that their product photos are taken under enhanced lighting, which means the images online do not accurately represent the actual product. That is misleading.
I paid £5.99 for delivery, and now they expect me to pay £9.90 to return items that were not as advertised. The packaging they used does not justify this fee — the prints arrived rolled together in thin cardboard with no protective materials. Calling this “special packaging” is simply untrue.
Their customer service is robotic, repetitive, and completely unhelpful. They keep copying and pasting the same scripted responses without addressing the actual issue. They refuse to refund either the delivery fee or the return fee, even though the product does not match what they show online.
Based on my experience, the product presentation is misleading, the return policy is unfair, and the customer service is exactly as poor as many other reviews have described. I will not be ordering from them again, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustration.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I had previously ordered from them without issue .. however I ordered over £150 of prints .. delivery company have lost the delivery. Contacted Desenio… palmed off with AI or promises of contact but they have not called and only replied to one email that wasn't an AI response. Really very frustrated. Not much I can do… there is no number that you can call to speak to a person.

I would not recommend … on the off chance that Desenio are reading this .. perhaps you could look into my order 26763796

I am utterly dumbfounded and…

I am utterly dumbfounded and flabbergasted at the state that parcel arrived in! I paid over £40 for three prints and I essentially received three squashed and damaged piece of paper!

I would expect prints to be rolled up into a tube container be posted out instead they were sent in a long rectangular box and folded in on themselves.

When the parcel arrived, I thought they can’t possibly be my prints. I couldn’t believe at the absolute date of them. They are unusable, scratched and have fold lines through them. Why on earth would you send this out to any customer????

Ordered on 30th January, no sign of my order....I've emailed, checked tracking, used the delightful bot to chat. Zero success, they don't care! I've just today completed their complaints form. I've little to no faith. Site looks great! But, i think it's a SCAM! Beware folks!!
