I ordered Revision Vitamin C 30% - The product arrived within 5 days of ordering. Very happy with my purchase and will continue to buy from Derm Avenue.

I recieved my order and a tinted product was sent instead of the non-tinted one I ordered. They are charging me $6.99 for a return fee and $5.99 for a return label fee! I will never shop there again. Try Derm Store instead.

Buyer Beware. Placed my first & LAST order w/ Dermavenue about a month ago, paying add'l for fast shipping. I did Not get my order on a fast track & to date have never received all ordered items. I've called (no one ever answers) & emailed their Customer Support Dept numerous times without a response from anyone. TERRIBLE company.

I placed an order on 8/15/22 and paid for expedited shipping. Per their website, expedited shipping orders will be delivered within 1-4 days. After 5 business days, I checked the order only to discover that the items hadn't even been shipped yet. I emailed them with no response. Luckily I had paid with Paypal, so I opened a case through them. After that happened, I finally received an email stating that the Jan Marini products were on back order and would ship as soon as they were restocked. Shouldn't that be indicated when ordering a product? They also assured me that my shipping would be refunded to me, which to no surprise, hasn't happened. I did finally receive a tracking number and my items are finally due to be delivered to me two weeks after the order was placed. Hopefully I'll receive them.

I placed an order on 8/4/22 and it said I would be notified when product shipped... Still have not gotten an update. I've emailed with no response also called and it goes to a voicemail.

Still have not received the products I ordered almost a month ago. I called and did get an answer about 2 weeks ago. They sent me 1 product out of 6 telling me the Jane Iredale products were back ordered but they had just received a shipment and would send it out between 5-7 days. I've called and onlly get a recording saying there is no one there to take your call and the voice mailbox is full, so there is no way to leave a message. I have emailed them also and no response. This is not a good company.

I have ordered twice from this company and each shipment was crushed due to poor packaging (they packaged the cosmetic products in a FedEx bag and not a box). But my real complaint is the fact they do not honor their stated shipping practices. Paid for expedited shipping and received it after the allowed time. When I brought it to their attention, since I paid for expedited shipping, they refused to take accountability and actually contradicted their stated shipping options and timeframe on their website. When I brought that to their attention they brushed me off. Will not be ordering from them again. I don’t need crushed cosmetic products and delayed shipping when you pay for expedited.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered almost $500 worth of skin care and they never shipped it. The 800 number has a voice mail. This is a scam.

So far so good. I’ve ordered with them at least five times and everything has gone smoothly. They have regular sales and send quality samples with the orders. The only disappointment is that they’ve been out of one of the products I get from them for a couple of months now.

I have failed Dermavenue asking about the status of my order. Your emailed stated you would notify me when the items would be shipped. Nothing in your notice if the item is out of stock or if it is held up somewhere. So I gave 1 star for poor customer service.

Ordered my items. Received them in a few days and everything was great. Re ordered my items and they were on back order but I wasn’t notified until I inquired about it. When I did inquire about it I received a prompt response and the person was very friendly informed me I would be receiving my package Tuesday although I ended to receiving it Wednesday.

Forgot to use the promo code, but they honored it afterwards. Impressive!

Order delayed by many days and not notified. But processed my payment. Had to call multiple times and then cancelled order. Did get prompt refund. Same thing has happened before with this company. Will never order from them again.

I really love this product and have been using Obagi for over 10 years.
I always have complements on my skin!

Thank you for my Jan Marini. But why did it take 2 weeks to get here?

I have used Dermavenue for years & so far no problems. Products I purchase are always at reasonable prices.
