I cancelled my order with Dermave, immediately after placing it due to their website pricing not being upfront. They have clearly received my cancellation request as my order has not been filled, yet multiple business days later they have still not processed my refund, or even acknowleged my multiple emails requesting my refund. Do not engage with this company. Simple requests appear to be too much for them to deal with in an ethical and timely manner.

I tried every way possible for this trimmer on legs, arms, face - tilting turning going around in circles - nothing worked - my disposal razor works on my legs - The Dermave shaver did nothing and unfortunately I read too late that it is a scam and unreturnable to China!
