I was sceptical at first, I've tried many acne creams, but I can honestly say, hand on my heart that this is the best treatment I have ever had. Once you are past the purging stage, and again, I'll be honest, its hard going, and you do need to persevere with it, you'll begin to see rapid results, as long as you use the cream correctly. I am amazed at how clear my skin is now. The service provided is amazing, catered to suit your personal needs, I am so impressed. Excellent service from Tiffany on the Customer Services Team. She was patient, friendly and kind as I had to update my payment method as well ad adjusting the delivery date to accommodate my needs👍

I think overall, Dermatica, is good but the only thing I do not like is that you never stick with the arranged despatch date. Money is withdrawn from customer accounts at least 5 days before the arranged despatch date but products are never despatched on time. Sometimes there is a 10-day gap between the date of withdrawing money and delivery of the goods.

i am happy with the cream , it really helping my skin discoloration and small wrinkles.

however responses by the team are slow or not followed by your requirements.
it takes 10 calender days for cream to deliver, which is too long and i was without the cream for 7 days, so be aware of time delay since the creams are made for you.

Dermatica has done wonders for my very sensitive and highly stubborn skin, I have dealt with pre-teen and adult acne for 25+ years. My battles were constant. It was Good Friday evening when I contacted Dermatica, so really didn’t expect a response until after the bank holiday weekend. I heard back the same night, and a new formula has been approved and dispatched already. Emma kept me informed throughout the process, and I’m so impressed.

Always 5 star customer service really fast responses and really friendly people who reply keeps my skin in check and has done for years, when I realised my skin needed medicine to stay in control of it I was dreading the go experience trying to get what I needed but this is so much easier and works so well, I love that you can pause the subscription when needed as I tend to not go through as much as gets sent out there's plenty of product in every prescription for the allocated time frame, thankyou xxxx
