Disappointed with Return
I was interested in purchasing the Derila ergo pillows, and specifically sent an email asking before purchasing what the return policy would be, they stated it was an easy return with a 30-day trial period to try the pillow first and if I was not happy with it I could return it for a full refund. It was not mentioned that I would be responsible for shipping costs to return it back to the USA. I found this out when I asked for instructions on how to return. Also I ordered one pillow and for some reason 2 showed up on my order After the order was completed. That's another problem, but I thought I'll just take the two pillows since it was a good deal and never thought nothing more about it. After trying the pillow it just wasn't as comfortable as I thought it would be for my neck.
Very disappointing and unfair considering the cost to ship 1 pillow was approximately $50 CDN, because the return instructions stated it must be shipped with a tracking number. The pillow cost was $68 CDN x 2 = $138 + tax and $13 shipping
