Love Matrixyl 3000

Been using Depology's Matrixyl 3000 for about 4 days. What a difference. My face has not felt this smooth in years (I am 73). Love the product!!

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, I’ve received dispatch email on the 2nd, today is 10th and my parcel is still sat in their warehouse, not handed over to courier. I’ve emailed several times, each time I get generic response with straight up lies saying tracking takes longer to update due to it being international parcel, they’re only waiting for couriers to scan etc…, I’ve spent pretty penny on their products and love them but I won’t be purchasing again after this experience…

Returns are ridiculous

Returns are ridiculous. They make you take pictures of the product you want to return, and then only refunds you on whatever is sealed. Further, you have to pay a restocking fee, and your own shipping. It’s just a joke. Don’t waste your money. And by the way, their patches are awful and do more harm than good.
