order was send via Gls courier to the…

order was send via Gls courier to the company handling my mail. gls showed delivery of my item but yet upon requesting a check of incoming parcels they could not find it. i contacted deplatec to initiate an investigation, it is the 3rd day and i had no reply of them while gls courier claims that it was delivered correctly and yet not providing sign proof of delivery. They are forcing me to raise a bank claim. (gls service used is the worst)
