Calls playing ping pong on IVR . Raised complaint. NO RESOLUTION.
Status shows item in transit but I have received email to share product review of the item received.
NO CLEAR RETURN POLICY .
MY advice NEVER buy product from DEOPDAP or any such online seller which DON'T have facility of return policy

I am Regular customer of DeoDep.Previously this commercial site was good for purchase. But now their service is very poor. They sent defective product and refuse to refund amount, and internal packing of items is very unsatisfactory. They also forget to provide accessories with product. They have curriers package with DTDC service and DTDC service is not deliver items at door step .I have to pick up from agency and moreover DTDC service is not listening them. So I am very unsatisfied with the service of DoeDep. My fare advice not to purchase from this site.

My order was supposed to be delivered on 3rd September, but according to DEODAP, their delivery calendar has still not been updated. There is no proper customer care support, and the courier service is extremely poor. I keep receiving messages saying “your order will be delivered today”, but nothing actually happens.

As of now, I have no idea when I’ll receive my order. Very disappointing experience.

My experience with Deodap has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I placed an order on 2nd September 2025, and one of the items( a medical kit box
) was delivered defective with the lock part missing.

When I raised a complaint, instead of resolving the issue, Deodap kept demanding an “unboxing video.” At no point during purchase or delivery was I informed that recording an unboxing video is mandatory. I had already submitted clear product photos showing the defect, which should have been enough, but they still rejected my claim.

I even asked them to provide their own packaging footage for verification(As a customer, it is my right), but they refused. This shows a complete lack of accountability and customer support.

Such practices only frustrate genuine buyers and reflect very poor service standards. Deodap needs to be held responsible for misleading customers and avoiding rightful resolutions.
Believe me, with such practices they will face a downfall quickly. No company can survive in the market by following such policies and frustrating customers over genuine complaints instead of solving them.

I purchased Saheli plan from deodap, kind of reselling, At the time of purchasing plan the person was attending calls on time once I purchased plan seems like no one is their to support in deodap. they are declining calls Also they are mentioning their warehouse address on the parcels, If my customer can directly reach deodap then what is the point of purchasing plan from deodap?

mostly all products are cheap plastic and leaked products ( many copied from products made with metals). Total waste of money / big fraud of looting customer money.

Bought a mobile stand for Rs 122. It came in broken condition, even though the box was not damaged. Their sales people clearly had intention of defrauding. Wrote to them. They asked me to submit a full unboxing video starting from unopened box. Their file size limit was 20 MB. The video was close to 200. Split the video into most important bits and uploaded 2 videos showing broken pieces. Yet they pestered to send full video via Google drive link.
Never buying from this Rajkot-based scam business again. Frauds.

Update: despite sending a full unboxing video, they demanded to see the unboxing of new unopened package. Then arbitrarily shut down the communication portal and refused to return money.

It's been 6 days no one address the wrong product that I received. They cheat the customer. A big fraud and scam to trape and no one come front to whom you can discuss. Total AI response and same reply everytime. The sent you cheap toy and grab big amount. I will suggest not to buy any product. You will get wrong product and no customer service. Very frustrated experience please go other site to buy

Selling products at wholesale price , i just love it to shop from deodap .you finds kitchen finds and home finds starting at just ₹9 only

They send me Wrong and Damaged items and when i shared two videos one for unboxing and other for unboxed products damage checking videos, they simply told that "Regrettably, we are unable to proceed with your request without the submission of a proper unboxing video. This is a necessary step in ensuring a seamless and efficient resolution process. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to receiving the required information at your earliest convenience."

Issue was clearly mentioned in the video and they denied to replace the items. I wasted my money. Request others not to do this.

Order #U2526-07-1180229 of 21- jul of 10 different items received with 1 product with cracks and damage. Photos send with complaints multiple times in more than 45 days. No resolution. Person fr their end Rahul Kavaiya, Employee Code: 2241 ignores damaged items photos and asks for unboxing video.
Makes it clear that they knowingly supply damaged products and then ignore customer complaints.

This is a fraud. My order date was 21st and the payment was taken online and it is already 26th.

They Are Cheaters, fraud I had purchased damaged product ,cost Rs 511 with 200 tax and shipping And ticket closed by initiated Rs 114 . Fraud/ Great Scam.

I placed order on the 3rd of August - today 18th - and they repeatedly say it will be delivered by the 9th of August 2025

I have been working nd using the products of deodap nd i am amazed by the product how good quality they have andd also the ppl working at here they are to much kind and make suree every service is been tackled properly with humble behaviour ❤️

I Started Dropshipping With DeoDap, I Paid For Their Annual Plan , After 15 Days & Launching My Seller Account On Amazon, They Suddenly Stopped Responding, I'm Now Having A Doubt , Is My Money And Dream Goes Waste.

Good website but sometimes they changed ur order to other goods.
