I have buy 1st time from deodrap my experience so bad. I will never gona to by anything from this site. My 3 items damaged. Not usable. I am trying to return the product getting only ticket races reply.

Still waiting for reply from there team no one called me .

I placed an order with Deodap on 31 January (Order No: #U2526-01-1837416). At the time of ordering, it clearly mentioned that the product would be shipped within 24 hours, but till now the order has not been shipped.
When I check the order status, the pickup has been reassigned multiple times without any proper update or explanation. Another confusing issue is that the order shows two shipments but both have the same tracking number, which makes no sense.
The worst part is customer support. It is extremely difficult to contact them. Calls get automatically disconnected, and there is no response to queries raised. There is no proper way to get an update or resolution.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience due to misleading shipping information, lack of transparency, and poor customer service. I would not recommend Deodap unless they improve their logistics and support system.

I am ortered some items from Deo depp on 24th January the amount of order is 855 61 paise but the deodap has not dispatched yet and not giving tracking id and given tracking ID is fake they have not dispatched yet and no customer care reward back and no reply from the customer care the companies looking like a fraud and scamming company don't order

Unfortunately, the quality of multiple products received is extremely poor and not up to acceptable standards. In addition to this, the complimentary gift included with the order was incomplete, with parts missing, making it unusable.
What is even more concerning is the complete lack of customer support. I have tried reaching your customer care and have also sent emails, but there has been no response from your end. This has left me feeling helpless, as my money has been wasted on products that are either defective or unusable.
I request an immediate resolution to this issue — either a replacement or a refund — along with a response from your support team at the earliest.
I am compelled to share my experience through a public review and on social media platforms.
I hope your team takes this complaint seriously and resolves it without further delay.

Worst app. My order is showing as delivered but it has not been delivered yet.

They deliver wrong or defected product and there is no proper return policy or refund system. They have only one copy paste line.

Company has sent wrong products and are not giving refund.

No policy for return or exchange
even if your product is damaged , you wont get any replacement option or return option. They just text you daily for pretending to help us but after that no one replies and your query left unsolved .I texted them from last 10 days to return my order but no one replies positively. Don't order from Deodap . Better to buy from somewhere else

I purchased many things from deodap. Most of them are cheap quality. Better to buy from somewhere else

Ordered online paid in advance for 4 items one of item I ordered 2 quantity. They send me only one . Tried many times to contact but no one picked .even online raised complaint with opening box video with proof . No one interested to send product which I already paid or refund.

Fraud deodap app, don't buy anything from this app. I buy a customized waterbottle and they print wrong name , when I ask to exchange they return me 39rs , seriously I am shocked bcz I paid 50 as a delivery charge and they returne 39 for this product .

Don't trust DeoDap - less price means real fraud.

I bought 5 keychains for Rs. 8.50 each. After delivery charge added, it became almost 20rs/keychain. Even more they delivered only 2 cheap keychains means now it's 50₹/keychain.

Then their extraordinarily cheap egoistic customer care make sure to end the issue without any resolution.

so i ended up having 2 cheap quality keychains for 100₹.

They are providing damage product. Please make a video before opening package. I got a damege product my mistake my only that I opened the parcel after 48 hours because I was out of city. Be genuine team please provide the write product if someone trust you.
