Doesn’t respond to emails about existing orders, once they have your money they refuse to respond. Have been contacting them numerous times about an existing order since August ‘25 with no response. Emailed them last week from a different email address asking about purchasing another product and they replied within days. I responded telling them to respond to the emails I sent about my outstanding order… no response. Don’t take the risk and don’t trust that you’ll ever receive a pre ordered item.

Absolutely no communication. Scammers. Promise to help you then never contact you again once your money has been taken. Never received my order.

Exceedingly poor! Was delivered something I did not order and they refused to send me a return QR code, made me pay for the return, and then said they would not refund me the funds I had to lay out! I of course lodged a dispute with my credit card company for this outrageous behavior -- and will never order anything from them again!

I ordered two helmets in June 2024 as of 24th September I have yet to receive them. After initiating contact in early August 2024 to find out the status of my order it took a month to early September to be informed that they had been dispatched. I was informed in this update that the company have changed distribution processes etc, however, why was this not communicated on the website? Why were emails not sent out to customers informing them of the situation?

The items have now been in the post for 17 days with no update and the company has not responded to my requests for an update.

Ordered an in stock helmet! Read that correctly, in stock. Was told after inquiring a week later where is it, that the site had delays (true, but the stated delays were done 3 days after they responded ironically). I then waited an additional 2 weeks before writing again and said hey, no more site delays. What is your excuse now? Crickets. I then requested a refund since clearly they have no interest in fulfilling my order. Crickets. Worst customer service ever. Worst company ever. I don’t care how nice their helmets may or may not be, not worth it ordering from them directly!!

Do not waste your money or your time with this company. You will never get your helmet. They will steal your money. They always make an excuse, "we haven't started production", or "helmets will ship in 6 months". I wish I knew what a POS of a company Anivos and Denuonovo were. Total waste of money and time. This company does not give a rats ass about its customers. It has been over 4 years and I have never received the helmet, just excuses and lies.

I am absolutely elated by the quality, build & the aesthetics of Denuo Novo helmets. I have a large collection of helmets & Denuo Novo are by far above & beyond any other manufacturer/supplier that I know. Denuo Novo excel any other supplier. Even though I had to pay UK import duties & tax on the helmets, they’re worth every penny I paid for them.
I also have bespoke items that I have had made specifically for myself & Denuo Novo are just as good if not better when compared against those.
The customer service was A+, my enquiries were replied to & any problem I had was resolved. I was kept informed if my order/s every step of the way.
Once again, keep up the amazing work & I can’t wait to see what helmets you add next.

PS. I recommend you to all friends & family or even anyone I just happen to meet who is a collector, most already buy from you, but those who don’t always thank me after they’ve purchased anything from you. 😉

I ordered the pilot helmet, extremely disappointed in the quality, the plastic is so thin, they claim it is very durable however you can not get much thinner than what they use. for 600 dollars, I was expecting something more substantial, they claim all sales are final, however I never saw that claim until after I ordered. it makes sense because once you get it and feel how cheap it is you would definitely want your money back. I will never purchase from them again, go to hasbro pulse if you want a much better product for much, much less

Pre-ordered a Helmet in June 2023 with a release date around December 2023/January 2024. Half way through February I emailed them about my helmet only to find out they failed to fulfill my order and the helmet was now sold out selected another helmet only to receive it with flaws in the paint and glue on the visor company is such a disappointment not to mention their customer service took over a week to respond to my email.

Ordered a "pre - order" helmet. Around the 650 to 700 dollar price range. No updates unless I email. Ordered this helmet months before a birthday and received nothing yet except another quarterly window for the end of 23 now they are saying early 24. Really? I ordered 4 helmets from Cybercraft RUSSIA and they are all here. Won't be using them again. It's a shame because the one helmet from Denuo novo is great.

DenuoNovo, has taken the mantle to fulfil past orders on the back of Anovos. Granted there may be some animosity within groups previously, like myself waited for years. . But they fulfiled all past orders to myself with no obligations, in my opinion an honourable pursuit.

No matter how you feel about the past, The new owners of DenuoNovo are trying hard to break the previous stigma and get on with business & they are doing it honourably.

I pre-ordered a officers tunic in May of 2022. They sent me the wrong size in December after being told it arrive before then. After emailing back and forth they said they would send the right size and apologized for their error. When I asked when I would get the correct size item I already paid for they have the gall to say they are out of stock on my size... of something I pre-ordered. Meaning they sent MY item to someone else and they either kept it or are inept of knowing how much they ordered. They are asking if I want a different size now!!! You have to be kidding! They are the exact same as Anovos. They are criminals and stay as far away as possible.

Wish I could give -5 stars!!! This is a scam! They took over for Anovos to fulfill outstanding pre-ordered purchases. Heard from them once over 6 months ago and still no update or product. I want a refund!

denuonovo is anovos a company who failed to deliver millions of dollars worth of orders. Why do they have my information, I did not sign up with them!

This is Anovos with a new name. I sent several emails to get information about my orders I made several years ago and I did not get any reply. Never order to that company except if you have money to lose.
