I have had a dreadful experience
I have had a dreadful experience, and they have refused to refund me for overcharging.
I initially contacted them by phone and arranged an appointment to get a quote.
I attended the clinic for my appointment (it is a 2 ½ hour each way journey).
After initial investigation by a dentist, I was passed to an administrator. I was told that they could do the phase 1 investigations now at a cost of £229. However, if I paid £299 towards the treatment, I would be able to keep their offer of a discount until I decided to proceed, I paid this. For this I was subjected to high pressure sales tactics on time, price and availability. They then gave me a 33-page contract I had to sign before treatment began. I would have needed a day to review this and register my objections. (I did review it at home later and responded with 10 clauses I disagreed with).
Since that appointment I have received 5 different quotes all with different solutions and prices.
I then arranged a second appointment to find a way forward. I arrived 10 minutes late and they refused to see me. Remembering it is a 2 ½ hour journey each way. I returned home and complained saying I now did not want to proceed with the treatment and requested a refund of the £70 being the difference of the £229 for initial investigations and £299 as deposit for future treatments. They refused to refund me stating the contract says I had 3 days cooling off to get a refund.
This company seems to make up the pricing on the fly, are arrogant and use pressure tactics to get people to sign up. I have also spoken to others who have come across Dentaprime and have been told they have a high rate of implant failures that they have to fix. I would advise you to try other dentists.

A Life-Changing, Pain-Free Experience at Dentaprime
I cannot recommend Dentaprime highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease.
Planning & Pricing: A huge thank you to Milly, who handled my dental plan and pricing. She made everything so clear and straightforward from the start.
The Procedure: Dr. Yasmin "Habibi" is truly the best. She was so gentle and caring throughout. I had implants and a bone graft done with no pain at all.
The Atmosphere: I felt so relaxed and happy with the care from my dental nurse Deanna that I was even having a little dance while getting my implants and bone graft done! It’s rare to find a clinic where you can feel that comfortable during surgery.
The Results: Dr. Ivan, who fitted my temporary teeth, was brilliant. He explained everything perfectly and made sure I was happy with the result.
The Welcome: A special shoutout to the lovely James on reception and all the girls at the front desk who always make you feel so welcome and looked after.
If you are looking for dental work where you feel genuinely cared for, this is the place to go!

I put my trust in this company and was messed about by them for months. Wrong Information given over and over. Ill fitting bridge incorrectly made causing a speech impediment. So many people have issues with this company they eared the nick name denta crime. They reply asking me to contact them but I am always in touch with them via email what app Facebook messenger and phone calls which ive now started to record on my end as there have been times they denied speaking to me even though I have the call log. Shame on u.
Please stop gas lighting me. You are well aware that I have been given wrong information on many occasions. Which is why my complaint was upheld. Stop pretending you actual do something when you mess up I have been for more xrays in February as you well know. And u are supposed to repair my left hand side where you messed up and left me with a speech impediment still waiting on a plan I have every right to let potential customers know what to expect. You dont even have a waiting room fgs. Use this company at your own risk
