No, I’ve been trying again to stay free and I’ve been trying since 3 November to get my money back so it’s been two months. They are holding my money and now they’re still not getting back to me to let me know when they’re putting the money from my account. I do not understand why they are stealing my money and they’re not giving it back to me in my money and it should be back in my account. I understand they had two weeks of Christmas but now it’s the eighth of January and they should have the money in my account. They should’ve added it in my account the day got back from Christmas but no, they can’t be bothered. They are. I said I wouldn’t trust him as far as.

Tried to move my appt after my mother was taken ill over the weekend sent numerous messages no one got back to me. Then eventually I was told they wanted prof from the Hospital my Mum had been taken ill , absolutely disgusting my Mum is 84 years old and very frail and lives alone as if I would lie to change an appointment. Asked to speak with a manager and was told no Manager available this is company policy. No chance I would deal with these scammers again !

Friendly, professional - and great results
I've now completed my treatment with Dentaprime and from start to finish it was superb. The premises and equipment are ultra modern and hi-tech, and all the staff are friendly, professional and give you total confidence. 18 months ago I was scared of dentists and had several rotten and broken teeth. Now I am much more relaxed about having dental work done, and my dental problems are sorted.
