Excellent professional service from beginning to end easy proses clear to understand as staff and team are they the full procedure . Beautiful clinic and team

I am sharing this review after a period of time has passed, as the full impact of the treatment only became clear later.

Dental X Turkey arranged my treatment. I had 5 crowns replaced or fitted. At the time, everything seemed excellent: the service was outstanding, the staff were attentive, and the whole treatment experience was very positive. However, the true quality of dental work can only be judged months later.

Unfortunately, I have experienced problems with all of the crowns that were fitted. Two crowns came off in a few months. According to my local dentist in the UK, they did not have a sufficiently precise fit and were relying heavily on cement for retention. Two other crowns were made as a connected unit, and because of poor contact with the neighbouring tooth, I have had ongoing gum inflammation. Before this treatment, I had metal-ceramic crowns connected as a unit, and I never had any problems. The connection was good, and everything worked perfectly. As a solution, the local dentist offered either a filling on a healthy neighbouring tooth or the replacement of both crowns.

I had no choice but to continue treatment with a local dentist in the UK, where dental care is extremely expensive. The additional costs I have already paid are now comparable to the amount I originally spent.

In March, I contacted Dental X Turkey, explained all the problems in detail, and asked for a solution. Several months have passed, but I have received no response or any attempt to resolve the situation.

My experience has left me with the impression that they place a lot of focus on the initial patient experience and receiving positive reviews soon after treatment, when patients are still satisfied with the service.

Myself and my mum went for first visit in July,got our first part of the treatment.The staff is excellent and made us feel welcoming and at ease.All travel and stay was planned to perfection thanks to Sam.All staff at the clinic very friendly and does their best.Cant wait for our second visit🥰

Right from been picked up from Airport everything was professional, Hotel was great with needed pool, folowing day picked up to Dental X , team were very helpful and Daria was excellent with helping me through all procedures, Dr Merve was the lovely lady who done my teeth she was profesional and also looked after me, All the team from going in till finish were brilliant , i would recomend Dental X to everyone wanting teeth done profesionally, looking forward to going back to Antalya on holiday and saying hi to all the team 😁😎👍

This is my honest opinion so here goes ..Transfer from airport was swift and took about 20mins to the prime hotel our driver Alex was very helpful asking questions about resort area and hotel a really friendly guy..The hotel is very nice check in was very quick and rooms were clean and spacious restaurant upstairs is very nice with views to die for well worth taking a few photos and staff were very very friendl nice pool and loads of sunbeds and chairs all in all 9/10..Next morning picked up at 8.30 took about 20mins to the clinic and wow wow wow what a greeting we got from the staff outside the chill out area which was beautiful.Once inside the reception my jaw dropped could not believe how modern and how clean it was our patient coordinator Daria was on hand throughout our stay and must admit a 10/10 for her knowledge and me asking questions all the time once the dust settled got took for a 3D scan which was 100% bang on told me exactly what i could get all on 6 sinus lifts and bone grafts also titanium bars were needed price went up but was under no pressure whatsoever to sign ..I agreed straight away and I can't complain very very honest from the start ..My surgery took just over 2 hours to complete and my dentist wax excellent pain out of 10 was In my case a 3 everyone is different she was so assuring all the time and very very polite along with her staff cant praise them enough..Came out of surgery and Daria was straight over with ice packs and all my medicines and talked me through every single tablet and told me what and what not to do when I left I followed her instructions and im glad I did was in NO PAIN just uncomfortable got a injection with local anesthetic and after about 40 mins felt OK.Went back on Thursday and was met by all the staff again but thus time sam was there he's the guy who i was texting from day one and this guy is the real deal even took me around the clinic which I took a video and my god downstairs was amazing this clinic is outstanding..Hi Tec..Very modern ..And spotlessly clean ..So if your looking for a fantastic dentist look no further than Dental x ..Back in January for my finals cant wait so once again a big big thank you to all at Dental x highly recommend them see you all In january

I can't thank dental X enough for the amazing job they did. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well looked after. They were professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
The treatment was carried out with great care and attention to detail, and I'm absolutely delighted with the results. My smile looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. i visited Dental x turkey 12th -19th june i could not speak more highly of their professionalism arriving Antlya quickly meeting our transport and getting to hotel Sam and Daria kept me informed every step of the process Dental x turkey clinic is very state of the art clinc also very clean offered drinks made to feel welcome as soon as you arrive a special word of thanks to DR Merve and her asistant Pervin for being very good at their jobs and sharing some laughter i can not praise Dr Merve,Pervin,Daria,and Sam enough and my teeth are wonderful many thanks

They were efficient , my planned treatment did change when I got there but they did go in to great depth as to why and I was happy with what I was told as if did make sense

I went to Dental X Turkey after alot of research. I have suffered gum disease all my life, leading to almost no teeth left in my mouth. Upon arriving in Antalya i was greeted by an amazing representative of Dental X holding a large bouquet of flowers. I was transported to my hotel in 5 star fashion. Yhe next day I got picked up at the hotel and taken to the clinic which again was first class. Upon arrival I met with the beautiful amazing Daria, whom welcomed me and my son friendly and professional. The clinic is immaculate I was obviously nervous as I have never been to Turkey and also as I knew what I was going for. From the moment I met Daria, she put all my nerves away completely made me feel comfortable, safe at ease and explained everything from start to finish. Daria was upfront and honest and knew the answers to all my questions and remained with me the whole day. Nothing was too much trouble from a cup of tea to strawberries bottles of water ice packs anything myself and son wanted we could have. I went for imaging and met with Dr Merve whom after viewing my images advised the course of treatment that we had spoken about would be the best option for me. I had expressed that I was extremely nervous and had a massive fear of needels to which they put my mind at ease and were so comforting and mental. Whist in the chair having the work carried out Daria remained by my side, Dr Merve took time and care to make sure I was ok and never in any pain which I wasn't. The attention to detail and the attention the staff have for their patients is something I personally have never seen in a clinic. The professionalism yet caring compassionate staff at Dental X is remarkable. My first part of my dental journey was made so much more enjoyable by Dental X I am returning in four months after the healing process as I required more complex surgery and it is better to leave the healing as long as possible. I have already booked to return on 1st November for my final journey and I can not wait. Since I have returned I have been contacted almost daily by Daria and the team checking on my healing progress. If I have had any questions i just message and Daria or the team reply ASAP. I would strongly recommend Dental X Turkey for anyone whom is looking professional, comfortable easy to deal with and really take care of you.

This is the first time visiting Dental X Turkey and I can honestly say that it has been an amazing experience from being greeted at the airport with a bouquet of flowers and a lovely hotel room to the next day going to the dentist for my dental plan to going ahead and to be honest I was extremely nervous but then I met the amazing Derya who stayed by my side through the procedure she is such a beautiful sole and so caring x can’t wait to go back in September for my final treatment

I can’t thank the team enough from the minute I’ve had my consultation in England. Sam has been messaging me regarding the whole process on the lead up to me going over to dental x turkey. When I landed I was greeted by Connor who was fantastic and very welcoming I was then greeted daily at the hotel to transfer me to dental x turkey by one of there transfer team members. When arriving at the dentist the team was very welcoming and took great care of me Dr Merve who did my surgery was brilliant and Derya was thoroughly translating everything so I knew everything about the whole process. I can’t recommend the team enough they are very trust worthy and very caring about there patients.

I'm half way through my treatment with dr merve and derya and they couldn't be more helpful .I have to go back in 3 months for my crowns but I have 100%faith in the process with them .from the arrival at the airport , greeted by konur and dealing with him and Sam to meeting lovely derya at the clinic and having such good reassurance from her to dr merve ,I couldn't fault them .also hotel and transfer second to none .I def made the right choice x

Amazing! Absolutely amazing! All the dentist were so friendly and so patient and understanding.i needed 2 implants one of each side at the bottom that I wasn’t expecting to need so after discussing the options and prices I said yes. The main dentist that I saw the most was amazing I wish I could remember her name but she was so good with me and so patient. If you’re scared of needles like me you won’t have any problems she is so gentle but they also use a numbing spray before the injection and that’s strong enough on its own. One of my back teeth that needed to be removed for the implant was quite difficult to get numb as I could feel it still but as soon as I told her I could feel it she would stop straight away and give me more numbing, not like my previous experience at the nhs where the inject you twice and if you can still feel it they say they can’t do it and send you off with antibiotics. She made sure she injected right down under the tooth and it worked I couldn’t feel a thing after that. They also provide antibiotics and painkiller and antiseptic mouthwash, I was also given some extra painkillers as I was in quite a bit of pain I was taking them every 4 hours so I ran out quite quick. Talha was great aswell so helpful with any worries I had and such a nice person (hope you enjoy your Alex Ferguson book 😊). The clinic was spotless with at least 2 cleaners in at all times constantly doing things, even mopping the floors at the front door when there was one foot print. The guy on reception was lovely, offering Turkish coffee or waters soon as you walk in. Maybe a few more couches just for when people are waiting for their transfer or treatment it’s feels a bit crowded but was never standing around long. The hotel was lovely and quite small which I really liked as when your swollen and in pain the last thing you want is loads of people around so it was nice. The only bad thing about the hotel was the breakfast, it wasn’t to bad but as a picky eater and only being able to eat soft thing it wasn’t great. The first 3 days I lived off lumpy yogurt as there wasn’t anything else I could have ate. But by day 4 I was able to eat croissants and yoghurt. However we ordered room service every night as I was in quite a bit of pain and the food at a night is amazing! The carbonara was gorgeous and quite reasonably priced. As for the hotel I would definitely stay there again just for the carbonara 😂 and it was quite a nice distance from the main shopping area I’d say a nice 15/20 mins stroll. Overall I couldn’t fault a thing. It was very painful but so worth it. My treatment isn’t over yet as I had 2 implants put I so I need to go back in 3 months but I know if it’s anything like my first time it’s going to be fine, I know I’m going to be looked after and I know I’m in safe hands. I highly recommend getting your treatment done with dental x turkey I’ve already been recommending them 😂.

We are really blown away with how amazing it was from start to finish everything was fantastic. I am so grateful for everything they did for us all week and the extra special length you went for our son really didn’t go unnoticed he loved it.
The standard of the dentist and service provided was impeccable, modern, clean, professional everything we could have hoped for.
Not only are we are both incredibly happy with the results of treatments it also gave us the opportunity to have a family holiday.
Sam as a person is wonderful and made all the difference which has had a lasting impression on us all so we are so thankful for you.

My husband and I are very satisfied with DentalX, exceptional people, professionals, friendly always with a smile on their faces and ready to help you. The clinic has everything state-of-the-art, like you are in a science fiction movie.. Everything is comfortable, clean and well-equipped.
