I have had the best experience at this dentist. Elizabeth is just so wonderful she talks you through everything she does and puts you so at ease. All the staff are so polite and helpful and I have been a patient here for around 15 years and honestly would not trust anyone else.
Great service, I come in today for a tooth out, was slightly worried, the two ladies reassured me made me feel safe, sorry can’t remember their names but they were extremely friendly, dont listen to 1 star reviews, this place is amazing!
I have been a patient of the Dental Suite Docklands for around 10 years. My experience with the whole team from the beginning has been outstanding. The dentists Dipan Shah, and later and more recently, Nikita Patel, were always highly-professional and thorough, with very high standards and a genuinely caring attitude. So also the excellent and super-thorough hygienist , Natalie Ellis. All the reception staff including Ruzi, Katie, Guppi and Danny are all really helpful, friendly and welcoming too. I can’t recommend the Practice enough & feel lucky to be part of it. What a great service to the community.
