Had to make an Emergency appointment on Tuesday the 14th got seen today the 15th by another professional that loves her job much like Dr Hassan. Dr Yaa Agyei-Akwa was amazing and very professional and kind can't fault the experience at all

Staff is always friendly and make you feel comfortable. I myself get anxious going to the dentist and they made sure I was ok throughout my appointment.

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had has been with Callum McColl based in the Kilmarnock Practice! Friendly, upbeat, always listens and takes on what you are trying to say along with giving the correct advice and guidance. I started using Callum 3 years ago. In this time, I've had teeth removed, fillings done and now Composite Bonding and Callum has been outstanding from start to finish. A great smile is life changing and that's exactly what he's done, changed my life! I Can't thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone needing any form of dental work!

I can not recommend this team enough especially if you are a nervous patient! I used to get myself in some state just phoning to make an appointment but since I've been a client here I have become much more relaxed and feel at ease in the surgery which makes the world of a difference!

This dental surgery offers a very friendly and professional service. My dentist, Kalomoira Dikaiou, is extremely efficient. She takes time over treatment and collaborates well with her dental nurses, who are all excellent. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful.

Brilliant Service

My wife was the patient and has a very bad phobia of dentist and dentistry work. But the could not have shown greater patience and kindness to her throughout the whole process, letting her keep control of all aspects of her treatment. We might actually be back!!

Recently visit to Josh for my daughter mila who dislikes coming to dentist.He was very kind and explained everything to her making her feel comfortable and at ease so glad we have be allocated him to be her dentist. Thank you Josh and his assisted (sorry didn’t catch her name ) she was lovely too have had her a few times for myself.

Today I got my wisdom tooth removed by Mr Strang at the Carluke branch, I'm a very anxious at the dentist but after re acuring infections due a cyst it needed to come out. It was 2.5 years waiting to get put to sleep or go for sedation which I was so nervous about but Mr Strang was absolutely amazing, made me feel at ease with a wee meditation talk through getting me to think of somewhere nice, he also offered me headphones with some calming music which I used and they definitely helped. Couldn't believe it when he told me that it was out I had no idea. The sedation was such a help and really made me feel more at ease.Alex was also lovely and made me feel at ease to, and Danielle on reception is always so welcoming. Thankyou for your caring and kind vibe, and having so much patience 😊

I'm so delighted with my implants. It's given me the confidence to smile again. The whole process with Sheraz Shafiq was amazing! Everything was explained, step by step, as well as a video. absolutely amazing dentist Ruaidhri totally put me and my 2 children at ease, my son as adhd and autism and he was fantastic with him. after having done i didn’t feel a thing and he has gone out his way to give me the best treatment i need as i needed a lot of work done. absolutely amazing dentist. my son is terrified of the dentist and Ruaidhri was calm and patient with him. and really with us all.

I had a great experience at this dentist! I went in for a discolored tooth (it had been getting darker for months and another dentist told me i’d probably need a crown or root canal cause they thought the nerve was dying) but this dentist used the ultrasonic scaler and fixed it in less than a minute! It had been bothering me for months and I am super grateful! Turns out my teeth are completely healthy and it was just a weird presentation of surface staining (still not sure why it only affected one tooth) but I am so glad I came to this dentist and got a second opinion!!

I had a few appointments with Calum for whitening and for my composite bonding to be redone.
At every appointment Calum explained what the plan was and what we were aiming for and how long it would take, which I found very helpful. I got a fab result after 2 weeks of whitening and an even better result when the bonding was done. A visit to the dentist has never been so easy……Delighted!
The minute you walk in you find an amazing practice with very friendly and helpful staff. 🤩

Dr Hassan is amazing in his field takes time to explain everything including ur options lovely manner very gentle coming from someone who goes regularly to dentist but is terrified,also his team member Abdul is great as well both put u at ease looking forward to next app .

I’ve been having cosmetic dental work done and the whole experience has been amazing. I’m so glad I chose to stay local rather than going abroad. My teeth look naturally white and all my old black fillings were replaced with white ones. Dr Strang and his team were professional and informative throughout, and I finally feel confident about my smile after years of insecurity. Highly recommend!
