Better than expected process
Better than expected process. The shipping both ways was smooth. The turn around time was faster than expected. DLD was professional and responsive to any inquiry in an acceptable amount of time. The fit is comfortable and exactly as promised. Would recommend.

The fit is very comfortable, the quality seems good and I put them right in with no problem. I would definitely recommend your business to other people.
However I would like to suggest to you To use a different delivery service then USPS. The delivery was supposed to have been made on the 4th of December 2025. I'm just now getting it on December 10th 2025. I had to literally go to the post office to enquire about this delivery and ended up going to three different post offices before finally tracking it down and actually getting it delivered. But overall I am happy with the product itself. Thank you very much. AW

I was skeptical ordering online. But this entire procedure was a great experience from the start. They send you everything and it was easy to use. I received my partial sooner than expected. I would highly recommend this to everyone I know. It does take time to adjust to having it in. But I did not have to send it back for any adjustments.

I wasn’t expecting a lot after seeing other product reviews but went ahead with the purchase after seeing some of your success stories. . I received the molds, read the directions and watched the video. It was not pleasant have molds in your mouth, however; pressing up or down in addition to biting down, seems effective. My mold pics were accepted first try! The (lower two front teeth partial) arrived earlier than expected, it slipped in snugly right away, there was some mild irritation of my gums in the beginning, I’m assuming this is normal from having a new object in your mouth. A week in and they feel good. The color is a spot in match for my tooth color and looks natural. To say I am stunned is an understatement, having been missing those two teeth for a few months and being disheartened at solutions I found, this completely gave me what I was Looking for. Great temporary solution until I’m ready to prepare a longer term plan. I also Ordered the retainer tray, I have not had a chance to see it as I’m out of town.

My grandson’s tooth…
My grandson had a tooth that didn’t come down so he had to have it removed which left him without the tooth next to his front tooth, we ordered, came back perfect color, perfect fit, you can’t tell it’s not his real tooth!! He loves it, very impressed!!!!!!

I absolutely loved the first one gave me my confidence back but after I lost it I had to order and buy a new one and it just didn’t feel or look the same as the first one but I’m not complaining I still feel good about myself with the new one I’m glad I have it!

They sent back a glob of plastice that did not fit and was missing two teeth.
Was told i didn,t notifice them in time for a correction.
Correction? This was a disaster and my own dentist could now work with it.

I would give zero stars if I could. I spent $400 on a partial from Dental Lab Direct in January, and less than a year later I needed a replacement. When I reached out to see if they could offer a discounted rate—something any decent company would do for a loyal customer—they flat out refused. No flexibility, no effort to make it right, nothing.
For a company that charges hundreds of dollars, their “support” is essentially nonexistent once they’ve taken your money. To me, this shows they care far more about profit than people. Dental appliances aren’t a luxury purchase—they’re a necessity. The fact that they don’t even pretend to value customer retention is shocking and, frankly, predatory.
Save yourself the frustration. This company has terrible practices, doesn’t stand behind its customers, and offers zero goodwill. If you’re looking for professionalism, empathy, or even basic customer service, you won’t find it here. Spend your money elsewhere with a company that actually values the people keeping them in business.
*** UPDATE As you can see from their response below, Dental Lab Direct has proven my exact point, they have absolutely no regard for their customers. I spent $400 less than a year ago, and instead of offering any type of resolution, discount, or goodwill, they hide behind a “policy” that basically says, “Once we’ve got your money, you’re on your own.”
This is not customer service, it’s a cash grab. A reputable company would value repeat customers and try to make things right, but Dental Lab Direct makes it very clear they don’t care about anything beyond the initial sale.
Consumer beware: Once you pay them, don’t expect an ounce of support, flexibility, or accountability. They’ve shown me firsthand that they do not value their customers in the slightest.

On top of that, I’ve been signed up for their email list since purchase and have never received a single promo or discount so their claim is misleading at best and dishonest at worst.
This isn’t some “regular” purchase. This is a dental device one that cost over $400. There should be a warranty. There should be customer service that actually helps. There should be a resolution when something goes wrong. Instead, all they’ve done is prove my point with these dismissive, scripted responses, Honestly, it’s like they don’t even realize potential customers can read their snarky replies and decide not to do business with them. At this point, I don’t even have to say anything else they’re exposing themselves
Dental Lab Direct is a scam company. Buyers beware. I don’t see how anyone would spend money with a company that will not stand behind their product. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB & FTC.
** Calling a customer “entitled” after they’ve spent over $400 with your company is both unprofessional and offensive. On top of that, claiming to send out regular promotions (which I’ve never received) while refusing to extend one in this situation only reinforces the message that you can, but simply choose not to. Poor Fit Twice, Dismissive Support - Not Recommend
I’ve ordered from Dental Lab Direct twice. The second order was meant to fix the issues with the first, but instead of following my clear instructions, they made the front tooth even bigger, completely ignoring the natural look I asked for- the gum material also pressed down on the 2 teeth on either side of it. I specifically requested a slight gap to match my real smile, but was given a bulky, oversized tooth that didn’t align with my other front tooth at all.
Their customer service team dismissed my concerns, saying “nothing looks wrong to them,” despite the clear visual mismatch. They offered no real solution beyond telling me to mark the problem with a Sharpie and return it.
After two failed attempts and no real accountability, Would not recommend.

Better than the partial denture from my dentist
I got a partial denture from my dentist two years ago and it was horribly expensive and didn't fit well no matter how many times they adjusted it. It started looking worn out, so I decided to try Dental Lab Direct. The pros far outweighs the cons, which is why I gave them five stars. Here are both:
Pros:
The impression kit was very well organized and easy to use. When I realized that I needed a different size, they were quick to send me one.
The customer service is great.
When I received the partial, it fit perfectly! It's light, comfortable, looks great, and when I eat with it on, it doesn't hurt like my old one from the dentist did. It also looks better!
It's solidly on there and doesn't feel like it's going to come off when I eat.
Cons:
The shipping takes forever. It took almost 2 months from start to finish.
The warranty is only 30 days, or 90 days for a replacement.
