I started my implants journey in April 2025. I have just left with my permanent teeth. I love them. The whole experience has been amazing! Sherlock, Leanne and the whole team have been nothing but exceptional from start to end. I would highly recommend them. 😍

I was made to feel comfortable from the start. The staff were helpful and attentive. All procedures were explained with treatment pathways.

Lovely practice inside and the dentists are very knowledgeable. I’ve had a really positive experience with the composite bonding itself and I’m very happy with the results — the quality of the work is excellent. Slight chip initially but was sorted for free.

Like most medical places, appointments can run late, and I appreciate that this probably means the dentists are taking the time they need with their current patients. However, when you’re paying thousands of pounds for treatment, it can be frustrating to spend a lot of time waiting around.

Unfortunately, I’ve now had five dentists there and it was only at my most recent appointment that I was told I’ve had early decay since the day I originally had my teeth done, around 18 months ago. I found this quite concerning, particularly as this hadn’t previously been made clear to me.

Due to a printer issue, I also didn’t receive my treatment plan outlining my options and the associated costs. I was told this would be emailed to me, but I’m still waiting to receive it.

Overall, I’m happy with the cosmetic work and the dentists are clearly knowledgeable, but given the amount I’ve spent, I would expect better communication, particularly when it comes to an underlying dental issue, as well as a smoother experience with appointments and follow-up.

As someone who isn't a massive fan of the dentist Alex and the team have made me feel comfortable from the get go, I’ve had fillings, clean ups and now invisaline and couldn’t recommend them any higher, my teeth and gums are cleaner, healthier and I feel so much better for doing it, so thank you.

My journey started just over 8 months ago . I’ve had 5 star advice and treatments throughout. I’ve been involved in every decision along the way . My Invisalign has ended now. I had my mock up smile with Zarmina and her lovely colleagues today . I am absolutely blown away ! It was such an exciting experience and everyone involved made me feel so happy . My daughter came with me to help me decide if I needed changes … nothing needed altering at all . We all agreed they are fabulous.
My daughter, her husband and a family friend all have had 5 star treatment here . I can’t recommend enough. 2 weeks time my final 3d veneer's will be fitted .. I’m so excited 😆 thank you dental excellence xxx

I had an amazing service at DE I was looked after by zarmina & Rio they were professional friendly and very informative! They explained every step fully and I felt reassured and really trusted their input. I would recommend them fully they made my smile journey seamless & convenient

After temporary bridge needed fixing, they have always been very helpful and ensured I was fitted in straight away even on a Saturday. Very happy

Dr zarmina is absolutely amazing at her job .i got my composite bonding done two years ago they wearnt good atal from a different dental practice else were .came to dr zarmina she’s took them off fixed them .had mine cleaned and polished the other day they are like new again thank you again x

The staff are so professional and friendly. The dental clean with Charlotte and Evie was great and it nevers hurts to be reminded how to brush teeth with an electric toothbrush.

I visited today for a 6 monthly check up as usual, Jennifer my dentist discovered a small cavity and suggested that I have it filled as soon as possible and she would do it there and then if I wished.
Half an hour later l was all done and on my way. Excellent service, can’t thank them enough

Had my final appointment today with Alex & I’m absolutely obsessed with my new smile, her talent is unbelievable & she has been so patient with me throughout every appointment, if your looking for a new smile Alex is your girl 🩷🥰

Obu and Beth today made my experience at dental excellence a great one, they were professional yet friendly so didn't feel like scary dentist visit. Removed an old bridge (22 years old), Root canal treatment and a new temporary bridge. Excellence service thank you both

Very professional service, staff are really pleasant and helpful. I had invisalign and composite bonding where every stage was explained fully to me and was delighted with the end result. Highly recommend!

Very comprehensive consultation, Dr Craig and Beth took their time to give me a well detailed consultation and treatment plan overview. It’s called Dental Excellence for a reason!
