Spent a year researching clinics in Antalya before I even reached out to DENTAKAY on WhatsApp. Evin was very friendly and helpful and gave me lots of information to help me decide what I wanted and after about a week of chatting I decided to firm a date to come, with a deposit to secure my flight. I’m sitting here now in Antalya in my hotel with the most incredible smile I could ever have imagined.
The airport exit was a little overwhelming as there was so many people collecting patients for various treatments but I walked along the line and found my transport and was whisked away to my hotel in a DENTAKAY VIP car, checked in and rested for the night. The communication from the clinic has been exceptional, receiving timely WhatsApp updates regarding the next days appointments, eta of my transport to and from the clinic etc, each patient has they’re own car and DENTAKAY have a fleet of vehicles and drivers ready to pick you up and collect you so your never waiting to long.
The staff in the clinic like Layla are excited to see you and greet you with a beaming smile and are 10/10 professional, warm and friendly and take the time talk to you and follow your journey through the clinic with you and on hand all the time to answer questions, discuss treatment progress or find a staff member to assist with a query or translate for you etc and they provide drinks all day long for patients waiting in reception for appointments or transfers etc.
Your treatment quote may likely change from the initial discussion and WhatsApp consultation back home due to your choice of different materials and products used also the dentist needing to perform a physical examination, X-rays and during the treatment procedures for things like cavities, fillings, broken teeth etc which cannot be foreseen until the procedures start so don’t be alarmed as they are covering potential route canal treatments, or extractions and similar things like that and if your lucky enough to not need any other procedures during your treatment they will refund you for those things (my experience) as they don’t want to get halfway through treatment and say ooo we have to charge more.
My dentist and dental nurse were wonderful to reassure me during procedures as I felt I wasn’t the best patient at times as there is a lot of things going on. I think his attention to detail for his work is exceptional making subtle changes during fitting and placement and honestly your not leaving the chair until he is satisfied with his work, DENTAKAY are a Centre for Dental Excellence in my honest opinion my dentist was a artist!
I’ve extended my visit to Antalya by 3 days to explore some of the area as during your treatment days you'll not be able to do much site seeing as you’ll need to be close by for appointments and transfers, you’re driver will only take you to your designated pickup and collection points as I asked a few times if I could be dropped off to a supermarket or currency exchange shop but they are not allowed to do this!
My experience is that my expectations have been exceeded on every level and I am a very satisfied customer.

Really couldn't ask for any better.the whole experience was amazing every member of the clinic was very helpful I had my treatment done by doctor Melike sapmaz she was fantastic.the transport from the airport the hotel and from the hotel to all my appointment at the clinic and from the hotel to the airport was always on time and always send messages before they arrive to your location.the hotel (Ramada plaza) has nice and clean rooms and the breakfast was delicious.thank you so much dentakay

Very happy with the results apart from being charged an extra £2k when told on watts app that wot I see is wot I pay no catches involved..until they get you over there so would suggest in taking extra cash with you

From first contact with Dentakay my experience has been excellent. The staff at the clinic are very professional, kind and caring. The drivers that collect you from the airport and hotel are timely and efficient. I would highly recommend Dentakay to family and friends.

The treatment I received was second to none. From the moment we were picked up at the airport we were looked after like family. The staff were very knowledgable and the treatment was carried out expertly in very sterile conditions.
Everything was then checked before signing off and arranging next visit in 6 months time.

The treatment rooms are supermodern with the best technology in dental care. The dentist's were professional and kept me free from pain throughout my whole procedure.
